Went there today for a nice and pleasant meal. The meal was nice, hence the reason I am giving it two stars, but it was less than pleasant. When I walked in and ordered my food, the lady who was taking my order, who I assume was the owner since I saw her picture on the wall, seemed nice and pleasant. She told me my food would take 15 minutes, which I thought was a little long but not too bad. I waited for about 10-12 minutes and my food came out. My food was really good as mentioned above. However, the experience turned unpleasant when I decided to go to the restroom. When I decided to go to the restroom, I still had some fries and a drink that I was still enjoying. I took about two to three minutes in the restroom, during that time someone was pulling on the door on the outside and knocking. I politely told the stranger that it was occupied. It seemed the stranger stopped, I thought the situation was a little rude but nevertheless I brushed it away. When exiting the bathroom, I returned to discover my food and drink completely gone and my table wiped clean! At this very moment, a black gentleman walked by me and saw me standing there and asked me if I was there for a pick up. I respectfully told him no. I was so pissed off that I decided to leave the establishment for my car. After waiting 10 minutes and suspecting that the black employee was the one who threw away my food since he was the only one in the restaurant at the time who was working. I finally went in to talk to the black employee. I told him my situation about my food being thrown away 10 minutes prior. He first acted shocked and confused when I told him. However his reaction soon turned to annoying and rude behavior. After spending almost $19 here, I at least wanted my drink to be replaced. The black employee annoyingly handed me my cup so I could get a new drink which added to my suspension, that he was the one who knocked and pulled on my door and then threw away my food in retaliation for me being in the restroom when he wanted to go. My suspicions were further confirmed when sitting down and waiting for a manager/ owner to speak with, I observed the black employee pull and knock on the very same bathroom door and then enter it. I continued to wait for another 5 minutes for the lady who I assumed was the owner to speak with, she never showed back up. Frustrated and disappointed, I left the establishment. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I unfortunately will never be returning to this location ever again and I suggest anyone who reads this...

Reviews in regards to the service here is definitely true. Not always are you greeted. Sometimes you'll be left waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5+ minutes from my past experiences here. When I came here the first time the burger was awesome, fries were awesome everything was great and up to par!
As time continued I would go here often for lunch and after that initial visit the quality and customer service has definitely fallen through the cracks.
Everytime I order online I add all the things to my burger that I want. So far each recent time I went in they forget multiple things on the burger which is bummer knowing we as the customer are getting charged just to not get what we asked for. Not only that but the burger itself will run you $10-$16 depending on what's all added. Paying that much to not get everything you're paying for is a bit absurd to me.
The fries happened to always be soggy after my 3rd visit here. Never happened to get them extra crispy let alone fresh since my first time stopping in.

Read moreJust experienced the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I ordered a burger and a side salad which came out to $16. I told the girl at the counter woah I'll just do fries and a water instead she says ok. I get my burger....with no fries. I explain to the black girl with dreads and a blue cape on her head that I had ordered fries, she says I dont see fries on here. I said well I ordered them. The girl says ok and walks off as if she is going to get me my fries. I sit there for 20min just to realize she isnt going to bring me any fries. I go up to the counter to the other girl who says her name was Audrey and asked if my fries were coming. Audrey laughs and says no. I began to get upset and say I told the other girl I ordered French fries and y'all are just going to ignore me. I asked for a manager and they tell me there is no manager for me to speak with. When I asked for both names the black girl refused to give me her name like y'all wouldn't figure out it was her anyways. I left with no fries and unhappy over the customer service.
