Big huge shout out to HTeaO NRH on mid-cities! Our youngest(7) started to get sick Monday, by Christmas morning we were at the ER and diagnosed with pneumonia. This kid has been down for the count, 2000mg antibiotics daily, fever meds every 4 hrs round the clock, he doesn’t take kid medicine easy it makes him sick so having to take meds every few hours have been done with lots of tears his and mine, fever spikes of almost 103 we are absolutely exhausted. He finally broke fever for the first time since Tuesday this evening about 6:30. He just asked for watermelon tea, but we didn’t have any. He is so over water and water melon tea from here is his favorite. I said sure we will go grab you some not realizing the time was 7:55. Husband ran out the door in hopes of making it and I called them ready to beg and plead and sell my left kidney if need be because I just wanted this kiddo to get the first thing he has wanted to consume in days. Ryan(I think that was his name) answered the phone and was so nice and just told me to tell the husband to get there safely but they would make it happen! I know it’s something small and honestly dumb but it’s been a bunch of sucky long days with little to no sleep and a worried momma. So this was such a big deal for me! I love HteaO in general but this location is eh. I go to it since it's the closest but I may take my business to another location.

Whenever I scan my receipts to add to my rewards the app always says my tickets are invalid. It's happened 3+ times this far. Not only that but their scanner doesn't work to make it easy. When they search my number by the phone number attached to the my profile it doesn't pop up. What's the point of having rewards when we can't build them up to unlock rewards because the system is faulty overall on HteaO and they don't care to fix it.
