McDonald's — Restaurant in North Strabane Township

Terrible service. 20 mins in line. Rude customer service. Hire Drug addicts & thief’s. And ALLOW them to treat us paying customers like we are POS. not all employees are rude. Some are very very sweet!!! But- the attitude an smart remarks like we can’t hear them . Eyes rolling followed by then running their mouth behind the window GMS and Mgrs- Daniel, Donna, Travis, Will & Melissa ALLLL do a MAGNIFICENT job! Pretty awesome managers. But the othe ones… smh are NO ROLE MODELS for great customer service- these McDonald’s around here need to wipe out 1/2 of each store. Hire new employees taht want to work an don’t make u feel stupid an belittled all bc you want the RIGHT FRESH FOOD NOT FRIES SOOO HARD YESTERDAY BROKE MY DAUGHTERS TOOTH IN HALF. FRONT RIGHT….they did absolutely NOTHING’ an it was the GM they was notified at chestnut st smh. No apologies nothing. Hopefully they get it...

I have gone to this one a few times because of it being close to home and after working over 10 hours in one day, sometimes you just don't wanna cook. I've had some good experiences and then really bad ones which greatly outweigh the good. I've waited almost 10 minutes at the drive thru because they forgot about the second arch and actually had other cars go to the first and get helped. This time I placed two separate orders, nothing uncommon, and today I was given the full first order, after asking for the drink which the person forgot, the sundae for the second one and didn't get the food for the second order. Upon going back I was given the food that was still under the hot lamp for almost 10 minutes. I even asked the window person if it was and he said yes. Piss poor and lack of common sense. No wonder they have a high turnover rate because they don't...

This location gets worse and worse everytime I come here. I guess I should take the hint, but today was the last straw. I ordered two double cheeseburger bundles (4 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries is what I should have gotten) soo I've learned my lesson and check every time before I drive away and realized they only gave me 2 cheeseburgers soo I tell the girl at the drive thru and she tells me sorry about that just pull forward and someone will bring it right out....I waited for 8 mins... I wasn't really dressed to go in (tank top and no bra) soo I decided to go back thru the drive thru and tell the girl what happened..... I'm told to just wait in the drive thru... no so sorry about that or anything. I should have asked to talk to the manager but had already spent almost 20 mins at this point trying to get two lousy sandwiches. This place needs...
