I just moved to the area and hadn't had Arby's in the longest time. Some of the coupon deals they have are alright. The food is about how I remember it. I've been 3-4 times in the last couple months. I know they are short staffed and I see almost the identical workers each time I go in. I work in the service industry as well so I have some patience and sympathy.
All and all the food is what you expect. Not as great as when I was a kid and smaller portions with higher prices as most companies do nowadays but still decent. Store looks clean from the inside and is organized well enough.
My only issues here were the toppings being on the side the sandwiches or just being off to the side all together. When the edge of the bun and wrapper have more sauce than the actual meat then there is an issue.
There is also a look the cashier gives you when you had her the coupon. I now know that the system they have is screwy and you need to give them the coupon up front (unlike every other store/restaurant you go to). It would have been a lot better to explain "Hey, our system needs us to enter in the coupon discount first so if you could give me any coupon first that would be great." or ask for coupons up front that way you don't have to reenter the whole order.
With an open kitchen we can see EVERYTHING the staff is doing. They need to be...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and sat there for a very long time before anybody ever said anything and I had said hello several times . I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich and a small fresh curly fry in the drive-thru. Waited a very long time for the car in front of me to get their order, then I had waited on my order. I went to pull out and went to grab a curly fry and they were stone cold. 😳😠. I was upset because I had waited at least 15 minutes at this point..... So I circle back and was going to go in and then I saw they had closed the dining room already. So then I pulled through the drive-thru.... Just to have the automatic system saying they were closed. I said hello many times with no response. So then I pulled up behind the car that was waiting for their food.... Got my receipt out and called the store to let them know.... It rang about 20 times and nobody answered.... It was taking forever for the drive-thru to even move. So at this point I just said forget it and drove home. I had specifically asked for fresh curly fries and I got some that were sitting around for a very long time. Usually I have a good experience here. However, this time was absolutely horrible between the weight and then cold food. If I go back to this location, hopefully it...
Read moreI never leave bad reviews unless it's bad. I have been in the restaurant business and customer service industry my whole life. I was a GM at 3 restaurants. I came into a scene of an elderly woman who could not get her app to work. Instead of helping her by just giving her 3$ off 10 manually, they argued with her for 15 min. She left with no order and mad. I ordered a #3 LG size and a 2 for $7 One of my sandwiches was the Americana, and I ordered it with only cheese. No lettuce tomatoes onion or burger sauce. The polite young man at the register took my order correctly. The cook and management then said after 5 min that they could only leave 1 item off the sandwich... I said "that's ridiculous. I only want cheese." They said they would have to charge me for a Beef N Cheddar. I said just make it the way it says on my receipt please and that I had no issues ordering it this way at the Griffith or Chicago Heights stores. They did give me my food the way I ordered but not without incident. I will not be giving my business to this location any longer. Food was good as it always is at Arby's. Just need better customer service and management at...
