Long John Silver's — Restaurant in North Township

Food was good just too salty. When I walked in, I passed by a lady who appeared to be a manager as I went to wash my hands. When I got to the front counter, I waited a good 5 minutes before the young black male(only other worker) came and tried to take my order. Apparently he hadn't been trained on the register yet but he saw me waiting and at least wanted to try to help me(good job young man). At this point, the manager lady emerged from the back(now about 8 minutes from when I first walked past her, and started to get upset with the young man because he hadn't been trained on the register yet. In his defense, I told her that he simply wanted to help because he saw me waiting a while and I appreciated that. She didn't acknowledge my statement, gave me a cold look and just proceeded to take my order. No smile, no professionalism, just mad at the world. So as I was eating my food(which I was extremely close to requesting a refund), I hear her talking very condescending to him about putting something in the wrong box. This kid was obviously new, they were short staffed and he clearly had not been trained properly or at all. Anyway, hats off to the young man for trying to help me and that manager lady needs to work behind the scenes maybe in a warehouse or something, but definitely not in a customer facing role, and definitely not in leadership. And to the young man, if you're reading this, thank you for caring about the customer experience and for trying. Either this place is going to shut down soon or they just need a new night crew that cares and wants to work. This location closes at 10 pm and I arrived at 9:15 pm to order at the drive thru. When I arrived, there was a car trying to order and I could see one car at the pick up window. After 5 minutes the car trying to order just left so I moved up and no one greeted me or said anything after I said hello. I waited 5 more minutes and still nothing. The car at pick up window is still there and I see the person trying to wave at someone inside but there's no one at the window. I drive around to the front of the building and I don't see anyone there. I park and walk inside and I finally see one person with a broom walk quickly to side of the restaurant and no one is at any register. I finally see a woman inside by the kitchen writing something on a clipboard and looks at me annoyed. After she's done writing, she walks out and after taking a few steps past me finally acknowledges me by telling me that if I want to order that it'll take 10 minutes for it to be made. She could've greeted me and taken my order but you can tell they were purposely ignoring customers because they didn't want to take any more orders. The person at the window never ordered. She was trying to get their attention from the pick up window and then finally just left with nothing. This is not the first time they do this. It's the same night time crew that does this to customers at around 9pm. They definitely need a new night crew because they lost 3 customers that night and who knows how many else that I didn't see. Placed an order online and failed to put in the type of condiments I wanted, since I was only a few minutes away I decided to advise the staff when I got there. I told the gentleman I had placed an online order and I wanted all sweet and sour sauces. He immediately said he didn't see my order so it must be at another store. I told him my email confirmation had this location so he looked again and said it had just come over and it would be 10 minutes before my food was ready. I said ok no problem I'll come back in 10 minutes. To my surprise he was bringing the food to my car which I appreciated. I checked my order and saw I only had 5 sweet and sour sauces for 6 pieces of fish 9 pieces of chicken and 15 shrimp. I went back inside and asked for adfitional sauce at which point he gave me two more sauces. I then asked him how many sauces per order and he told me one , which I knew was a lie because I had ordered online many times and they limit you to four. I then asked him if I could buy extra sauces and he said they don't sell extra condiments. This person who I assumed was in charge was very curt short of being rude and even when he said have a nice day it was in a condescending tone. This guy should have stayed at home if he wasn't in the mood to be questioned. I've visited this location many times and this is the first time I've encountered such behavior.
