I am at the office Depot printing some documents. It is 8.56 am and when I arrived it was around 8.40. The attendant called Rachel was busy with a couple of people. So I waited for10 minutes, no big deal since I took my time to do not be in a hurry. When it was my turn, she asked me what I needed and I told her (I needed color copies of a couple of documents, 7 pages total). She directed me to the self service color copy machine. I tried to use it, but the machine was off line. I went back with her and asked her to please print the documents in color from my usb. She, very reluctantly, told me where to insert my usb and asked me for the names of the files. I told her the name of the first one, but I did not remember the name of the second one. So, I asked her to allow me to see the screen. At that moment, she turned the screen, making gestures and noises of impatience. I got upset and asked her what the problem was. She, in a very rude manner, said that it was not her job to assist walk ins, that walk ins should use the self-service machines, that the counter was only for online orders. I told her there was no visible sign saying so, and that I had also tried to use the self-service machine, but they were out of order. I asked her to print the documents and I told her next time I would go somewhere else. She told me to leave if I wanted or to go with my business elsewhere. I also told her I was going to complaint online, and write my google review online and she told me to do whatever I wanted. So, if you want to be mistreated like this, go to Office Depot in Highland, and ask for Rachel, the rudest person I have...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRachel is an extremely rude and disrespectful employee!! I went in to the Highland store to pick up my husband's laptop. After waiting for a while at the tech services desk I sent my son to the front check out to ask if anyone was at the tech desk. The girl says she called someone. After waiting for a while longer, a person who appeared to be an employee approached the desk, and then turned back around and walked away. I followed her and called out, asking if anyone was working the tech desk. She continued to walk away, and when I caught up with her I asked the same question again. It was then I noticed she was on her cell phone. Not knowing if it was a personal call or not, I asked if anyone was working the tech desk. She ignored me and continued her phone conversation. I stood there and waited. After she hung up she very sarcastically told me that she was helping another client and that I was being mean. SERIOUSLY???? Her entire demeanor dripped sarcasm and bad attitude, as though she were doing me some huge favor by waiting on me. Um, isn't that the job she gets paid to do? And then companies wonder why so many consumers have turned to online shopping. Maybe it's so that we don't have to deal with RUDE employees...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came into this location last week for business cards under the impression they would be ready in a hour. However my option of full color front and back would not be available until 3-5 days. In 3-5 days I received an email sayin there were some errors and I needed to come back to the store to reorder. I came in today and was greeted by Frances (Supervisor) her attitude was nasty from the min I walked in.. sheās to aggressive to be in customer service. She has no patience whatsoever. While helping me redo my order she must have gotten frustrated because she began talking at me instead of to me which made me decide to cancel order and ask for a refund. Frances then told me from the look of her computer I wasnāt charged.. I then handed her my proof of purchase that was given to me the day I paid. She then looked back at the computer and said it looks like I received a refund already. I told her that wasnāt true , she then walked off and called another lady saying to her āI need you to deal with her ā totally unprofessional.. I will never again in my life step foot inside any Office Depot...
