Came here yesterday with my wife I started to order my sandwich and said I needed to take an item off that I am actually allergic to and I wanted to PAY to add another the older white woman 50 yr old or older stated very loud and rudely NO we cant do that , I said you cant take one thing off and add something and Im paying whatever the additional cost is ... She replied No shaking her head and said we cant do that at all and said i need to just order what is on the menu and that is it ! I have never been to a subway that treated me this way or couldnt take off an item on sandwich If Im allergic !! This was so ridiculous after her giving me bad looks and complaining about me not just ordering what is on the menu with no changes , I decided to leave and i went 3 min away to the Lansing subway and had mine and my wifes order made with no problems ! AVOID this place at all cost they obviously do not want to do their jobs ! I hope the Owner sees this gets rid of this woman she is not meant for this job obviously ! DO BETTER !
Also noticed that the store was very dirty and not clean mayby not eating here was actauly...

Anyway, last night I went in at 8:15 pm on Labor Day. The door was open and the food was all out.
A woman behind the counter yelled we're closing early for Labor Day with a horrible attitude.
I informed her that your door is open and you're open until 10pm.
She rudely said okay I guess I'll make your sandwich. What do you want?
I politely proceeded with my order as she talked to another girl about some guy that had just called for her.
I understand people have personal lives but come on.
This place hasn't had descent workers in a long time.
Please hire people that enjoy their job. I definitely will not go back to this location until they do.
Meal subscriptions are a very good alternative these days. I recommend trying HelloFresh.

Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience. As a loyal customer who has been visiting this location since 1997 and typically comes in 3-4 times per week, I was surprised by the service I received on the evening of September 18th.
I arrived at approximately 9:49 PM. A new employee informed me that the store was already closed, despite the posted closing time being 10:00 PM. When I pointed this out, he stated that the owner, whose name he said begins with "M," had given him permission to close early. While he did ultimately make my order, his behavior and communication were unprofessional.
This experience was very disappointing. I value the convenience and consistency of your location, but this encounter has made me reconsider...
