Jurassic Swirled — Restaurant in North Wildwood

I don't understand why the owners cannot find enough staff to keep this place open during the ENTIRE Summer. It should ALWAYS be open, at LEAST every weekend! I went on a FRIDAY on August 15th and they were CLOSED, even though they were SUPPOSED to be OPEN. The worker at the Golf Course claimed it was apparently because they only hire college students who went back to school, but this is NOT an acceptable EXCUSE. Plenty of other ice cream 🍦 shops at the Shore are STILL fully open through Labor Day Weekend and have plenty of young High School kids and College students working. So why can't this place? It makes no sense. Being closed so often makes it seem like the owners don't care about their customers or don't take their business seriously. This is NOT the first time I've experienced this. The same thing has happened previous years when I have tried to go. So I'm not going to continue to waste my time trying to give them a chance. I'm giving up on them. I won't be going back anymore. Visited on a weekend afternoon to purchase ice cream. Estimate there were over 20 flavors to choose from including the basics: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry. I ordered a hot caramel sundae with wet walnuts and the works last summer. The young ladies behind the counter were quick to respond to my request by repeating my order back to me.
