Tim Carr: I read your review. I know you have to be a employee of Domino's or a manager. Let me explain something to you. Whether your right about something you don't argue or yell at a customer. You treat them with respect. Customers are the ones who keep your job going. And if it wasn't for the customers asking for pizza or something else. You be out of a Job period.
If the customers are even wrong. You try to explain things to them in a kind loving way. Getting rude or obnoxious whether they are wrong or right. Does not give you the entitled right to be rude or Obnoxious. A old saying is that you can attract more bees with honey then you can with vinegar. In other words. If you treat people with kindness and act like your concerned with there problem. They will be more understanding towards you. If you act like a common Jerk. And act hostile and speak rudely- inconsiderate. Expect the same thing back buddy. No excuse to act rude- disrespectful or yell at customers. I been in the business also of dealing with customers all my life. And even had a business. And I never had to yell or insult people. I may of had issues with other people in general. But all the insults- yelling - and name slinging is unnecessary.
Did your parents show you how to treat people rudely and such huh?? Or was they just better educated then you are? And even if they wasn't better educated then you. At lease they knew how to treat someone with R.E.S.P.E.C.T. Something you lack. You need to go to a Angers management class. As you have hostile emotions in you. I give you only 1/2 of a star if I could. You deserve only that or less then that. But have to give you one star...

Read moreUsually order 2 or 3 times a week. Ordered the same thing as always and the person on the phone said they did not have the deal we asked for because we said $5 for 3 pizzas and not “5.99”. After calling back to inform them of the mistake seeing it was advertised on the website. In short we were told corporate looks for specific language. But instead charged us more with a different deal that we said nothing about. So instead of correcting us and charging us properly they tried to blame us, and refused to refund and charge proper amount. Then the employee hung up while we were discussing a refund. Corporate should take notice! All bad recent reviews. Very easy customer service situation to handle but instead dealt with animosity. 9/26/21 around 1pm. We consistently tip 10$ or more for delivery every time and will be taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointed to...
