Got a build your own bowl last weekend, to go, and while eating at home, realized there was an object amongst my food - and it was a piece of metal Brillo pad! When I was going down the ingredients line in the restaurant, the manager/owner(?) had one of the ingredient trays out, and was scrubbing the ice water pan with a Brillo pad. Would like them to stop doing this practice with open food trays nearby because obviously Brillo breaks off - it’s just a jumble of metal spaghetti. SO GLAD I DIDN’T SWALLOW IT, but the rest of my meal was ruined out of worry of more pieces (and I had just started eating and they were already closed for the night). There’s no contact info to email.
(2023 review) I got a bowl + tofu (extra charge) for dine in. The employee answered my questions about seasonings and vegan options. He let me see a chart which denoted vegan ingredients too.
The food was fresh! There are bathrooms. You can either choose from different types of items on the menu or go down the line and pick out your ingredients while they build your bowl or burrito. I chose the latter as I was choosing vegan and wanted to customize. You can get sauces/ingredients on the side in little cups.
Would be nice to have ceramic plates, utensils, and water cups for dine in to minimize waste.
The trash cans do not have an option to recycle the plasticware and plastic cups.
If you don’t get any tofu, guacamole, add one, the bowl and/or wraps are priced at...

He took my order, as well as my feedback, with professionalism and good humor. When I asked, he also told me about some of the most popular wraps/salads. I love the Mediterranean with hummus, feta, etc. while many others like the Bangkok, and spicy Thai. A handful of choices, plus shakes, fountain drinks, tea,…. It costs as much as every other lunch these days and it’s enough food to eat AND take some home....
