I was a regular customer, visiting every Thursday after my son's swimming class. However, after today's unacceptable service, I will not be returning.
I ordered the usual kids meal with plain chicken on the side for my son. At checkout, I was charged $3.60 for the extra chicken. When I pointed this out, the server insisted on reducing the amount of my side chicken, leaving only three small pieces, stating that a kids meal comes with less chicken. He also said he would process a refund.
Upon reviewing my receipt at home, I discovered only $1.60 had been refunded. I called the store and spoke with the manager, explaining the discrepancy and the inadequate amount of chicken. His response was dismissive and unhelpful, simply asking, "What do you want me to do?" I requested a refund for both the side chicken and the chicken in the kids meal. He offered a full $3.60 refund for the side, implying the initial $1.60 refund should cover the kids meal chicken.

Read moreI placed an online pickup order for a single burrito bowl. The first thing I noticed was that the bag containing my order looked like the leaning Tower of Pisa. That’s because the bowl was not placed in the bag flat but practically on end.
Upon getting home I scraped half of the bowl’s contents off the lid and wiped the ooze off the sides.
But wait, there’s more. The chicken and steak meat combo I ordered each had several chunks of inedible grizzle. The guacamole was clearly not fresh because it had a brownish tint to it. And both the pico and corn salsas were very cold, which made the whole bowl taste cold.
You know the Chipotle commercial touting how everything is made fresh, and how much employees take pride in their jobs? Not here on this day!
