You have so many good employees here. But you have got to train your one drive-through attendant who is working currently today around 4pm CST, with glasses, female, dark hair, shortish, because she is the epitome of Grumpy Cat. We’ve visited maybe three or four times in the last year. Not sure how long she’s been with you but she has been the drive-through attendant with each visit. She is so grumpy and or gives you nothing to work with, never smiles, and we have watched her blame other customers for mistakes. Which of course is ridiculous and not the way that you solve the problem and isn’t necessary. This time we actually saw her pout at the customer when she had to correct an order. Literally stuck her bottom lip out and pouted like a toddler. We had to leave because we couldn’t help laughing at how ridiculous that was of her. I am sure that the Store Manager has noticed her attitude by now because it is inescapable and obvious to people who do not work in your field. It’s a simple fix but dude, she is such a sourpuss. In customer service or guest service, we all know that we have to put on our game face. At least a tiny smile. Just have her follow some of your employees who do a great job and train her, please, because we’re not asking you to fire her, just work with her to develop and strengthen her areas of...
