Upon entering, we noticed one of the employees was eating and then went to wash her hands. Shortly after, she wiped her nose, used her phone, and then wiped her mouth. These actions can happen out of habit, and it seemed like she may not have realized itâbut she was standing there about to prepare our order.
Out of concern for hygiene, we asked if she could wash her hands again before handling our order. She responded that she had just washed them and seemed hesitant to do it again. She actually seemed argumentative like she didnât need to. I requested that she either wash her hands once more or cancel the order.
When we asked to speak with a manager, we were informed that no one in management was on staff at the time, but the employee did provide her nameâBrandy. There were only two staff members working. She did go ahead and wash her hands and completed our order, though both staff members appeared frustrated and were less than courteous during the interaction.
As a customer spending nearly $60 on a few drinks for my family, I simply hoped for a basic standard of cleanliness and a welcoming attitude. I appreciate the hard work that goes into food service, and I share this feedback with the hope that itâs taken as a constructive reminder about the importance of food safety and...

My number 1 biggest critique of shops selling âbobaâ is the quality of the boba, but Candy Cloud has soft boba consistent with asian boba shops.
I wish more options were available for milk tea and syrup options for the milk teas.
I would come back and update my review once I try the other options such as the fruit based and coffee drinks.
Furthermore the interior of the store was contemporary and offered many...
Read moreCoffee frappes, shakes, and boba tea what more could you want? The menu is clear and easy to read, self serve station was easy, and everything tasted great. The place is echo-y so be aware if youâre bringing kids (we did). There are only 4 tables and we came around lunch so we were the only ones and that worked for us! Very pretty inside. I hope this place is a hit! Itâs fun to have in the neighborhood!
We had the PB cup, lots of yummy chunks of candy to enjoy and the Salted Caramel Crunch Frappe which was more sugar than coffee but that was...
