The guy that served me was about 6'2'' and wore glasses was by far the WORST employee I have ever seen. He was a complete ahole to me when I had to call my wife because they didn't have the cheese my son wanted. He kept cutting me off and asking me what I wanted on the sandwich when I was trying to figure one of them out. He put burnt meatballs on our sandwiches and clearly acted like he didn't want to be there. I've worked with Subway for almost a decade and had been to many different stores who had polite employees. He didn't say hi or welcome to Subway when Corporate CLEARLY requires that you have a happy attitude regardless of how your day was going. It's not the customer's fault you had a bad day. If I was the manager I would have fired him on the spot for how rude he was to me and some of the other customers. The only reason I'm even adding another star is because the lady he worked with was very polite...
Read moreThe employee working decided to be an impatient POS instead of being more courteous when they were low on ingredients. If they hired someone who had even a DECENT sense of what customer service is, maybe they wouldn't have so many customer issues. The store was low on ingredients today, not a problem, but when I asked what I can order (as the contents of each sandwich are not listed), the employee decided to give attitude, no clear answer, lots of eye rolling, and an impatient "get out of here, i don't want you here" vibe. Here's a little lesson for you child, when a shop is low on ingredients you should be EXTRA courteous, kind, and respectful as customers are already going to be a little upset. I didn't care about the ingredients and was not upset, but the employee came at me with the hostility that I was going to be a Karen instead of with courtesy and, oh you know,...
Read moreTerrible Customer Service. Only 1 employee working and he was tossing/throwing items as he was helping a customer and taking bread out of the oven. His attitude was very negative, he was rude and his behavior made my nervous. When I told him I wanted 4 sandwiches, he became angrier. I told him I can go somewhere else. He seemed to realize his error and lighted for a moment. He said he was the only one there and he had been there by himself since 6am. I told him I understood and was sorry for that, but he was making me uncomfortable. He stopped and looked at me and said why don't you go somewhere else. I turned and walked out the door and he screamed after me - you are making me uncomfortable, LADY - JESUS. I used to like this Subway. I won't return. I wish I could...
