This was hands down one of the worst experience I have ever had at a Sonic in my life in any state. 1st my order took 30 minutes to come out incomplete, cold, and without the needed utensils to eat with! It was 6 items in total. The car hop, Hector, was rude... didnt repeat our order back... and approached the car from behind us and made us super uncomfortable! After waiting another 15 minutes after asking Hector for my missing chili cheese tater tots and a fork he still hadn't returned for now a 3rd time. So I approached the door where the "manager" yelled at me for being there. Her tone, body language, and overall presences was full of disrespect from the start. She did not have a name tag on so I do not even have the privilege to pat this young lady on the back for doing exactly what NOT to do in the service industry. I have been in the industry for over 20 years and also was privileged to work for Sonic for many many years, and this was a horrific experience! We are going through crazy times and as much as I dont like the new way of life we have to live, mask are required in food service and she was NOT wearing one. After all that this young lady refused to give me a refund, refused to give me my food I paid for, and refused me service due to her not liking my "tone"! I choose to spend my money at restaurants to give back... but I WILL not go back to the Sonic off 120th in Northglenn, Co and I will be telling everyone that there are other Sonic restaurants not far away that deserve their money...
Read moreBeen a long time customer of Sonic. From Texas to Colorado. Many locations in Colorado. Last 3 times I've been to this location... complete dysfunction! In the 10 minutes that I waited to place my order at the walk up window on my visit just now, my daughter and I witnessed the following:
The last time I was there, I was told there was no ice cream, no burgers, no large drinks, small only, and some other ridiculous sh**t that I can't remember. Needless to say, they had nothing to offer so I spent a couple of more bucks at Smashburger. I've always liked Sonic, because of their timeliness, friendliness, accuracy, and price. This location has failed in an epic way, and since this is my neighborhood Sonic, I will adapt to always spend more at Smashburger to never, ever experience what I just experienced at the Northglenn Sonic. I wish I had the option to...
Read moreThis location used to be one of the best and one of the faster locations until about 6 months ago. Now they are slow and the employees are rude. Today was the third time I have gone there for breakfast and they had the back door open but when I pulled up in the drive through I sat there for 10 minutes and no one greeted me or even attempted to take my order. I pulled into a stall and pushed the button to order and again nothing. Like I said...third time this has happened. Two of the times my coworker and I attempted to call to find out what time they open and asked for a Manger and they hung up on us every time we called. Went back one time later in the day and finally got someone. We asked what time they opened and she said 6am and said they eye there the whole morning. When we asked why at 8am no one was doing their job she only said that they were there and maybe they were doing inventory....She had no response when we pointed out that every drive through has an alert system for when people drive up so customers don't get ignored. She claimed to be the manager but also looked like she was maybe 17-18 years old and was not professional at all. This is now the worst location in Colorado. Not sure what happened but maybe they need to reconsider...
