ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD & MANAGEMENT!!
NO resolution whatsoever regarding the numerous & massive problems with my order!!! (See attached receipt) ALL MY FOOD IS ALL WRONG!!!!
Received ALL MILD instead of 10 SPICY & 2 Mild!!! (HELLO! This is freaking POPEYE'S! I WANT SPICY!!) And, the chicken tastes unseasoned & gross!
ZERO Bisquits received!
ZERO Cole Slaw Received!
ZERO Cajun Gravy Received (ordered 1 with & 1 without Cajun Gravy).
Mac & Cheese was SLIMY & GROSS!
Fries badly BURNT!
Pies UNDERCOOKED & LUKEWARM!
ZERO Honey packets (that I PAID extra for!!) received!
Their phone only picks up, says "goodbye" & hangs up for the last 4 days.
I ordered thru the app because I live 12 minutes away & needed to get food home before my husband had to leave for work. They did not BEGIN the order until AFTER I arrived!! Whyyyy did I bother ordering thru Popeye's App?!?!
Bot Chat is the only customer service option.
EDWIN C. (presumably at the store level) responded to the chat ticket long enough to say "we take issues seriously" (NO APOLOGY!!!) then closed the ticket as RESOLVED...?!?! NO ONE CONTACTED ME!!! NO CREDIT ISSUED TO MY ACCOUNT!
OBVIOUSLY this Edwin person is a TOTAL COWARD with ZERO Management skills!! TIME TO TERMINATE!!
Having been forced to look at the reviews because of this, I see the store has been on a rapid DECLINE for over a year!!!!
SERIOUSLY!! TIME TO FIRE PEOPLE!!! Let the heads roll!!
Ya'll need to EVALUATE & KEEP the good employees that are NOT Management & transfer them to other locations to be re-trained properly (I HIGHLY doubt that this Management team trained others PROPERLY!!) then bring them back.
This store needs a CLEAN SLATE to get on track!
I've waited 4 days to get resolution. After calling 7 stores (no answers, hung ups on without a hello & full mailboxes!! District problems????)) I reached a human & asked the Manager to have the District Manager contact me. I'm gonna give them till 2pm tomorrow before I go to my bank to issue a charge back. I've been more than patient!
Even though this is closest location, I will NEVER go back to this location & might possibly never return to Popeye's again.
NOTE TO OTHERS & Google Has anyone else noticed that the reviews have a pattern of 3-5 bad reviews then 1-3 good reviews then back to bad reviews??? It appears yo me that SOMEONE is manipulating & defrauding the reviews platform!! Without those highly doubtful "good reviews", this store would be at a 1 over...

When we arrived I noticed there weren't any cars in the parking lot or the drive-thru. In fact, I thought the place was closed. I proceeded through the drive-thru and ordered my food then cashed out with with a pleasant young lady. I placed an 8-piece spicy chicken with white and dark meat. My husband and I ended up getting sick from the food for 2 days. The chicken was very greasy like it had been sitting for days. I got sick from eating one piece of chicken breast and my husband got sick from eating three pieces of chicken. When I went back with my receipt, and what was left of the food, I complained and requested a refund. The manager was very rude and refused to give me a refund per their policy. I insisted that she contact the regional manager, however, she called someone and spoke in Spanish. I also speak spanish so I was able to understand her full conversation. I requested to speak to the person on the phone and she refused. They did not resolve my issue. They said that we needed a doctor's note to be able to prove that we got sick from the food. So now we are expected to take time off work to get a doctor's note, as if we were school-aged children. I have never ever been to an establishment that refuses to take accountability for their food. I will never waste my money on any Popeyes again and it's not worth buying food that will get you sick. Management is very poor and does not care about their customers. Read moreThis was the worst Popeyes experience I've ever had! First I pull up to the drive-thru and I'm sitting there for about 2 minutes and nobody took my order. I said hello I mean it goes by I say hello again and a person finally answers and says give me just a minute. I'm curious what the hell they need a minute for there was nobody in the drive through button me. So I get them a few minutes start messing around on my phone before too long it has been a whole 10 minutes since I first pulled up and I still have not placed my order! I say hello again I say is everything okay something wrong are you closed etc but nobody said anything. I go up to the window to place my order The woman looked at me like I had done something wrong walked very slowly up to the window and opened and says can I help you? I asked are you close she's no we're open as I I've been sitting back there for over 10 minutes waiting for somebody to take my order. And you know what she said? She said oh yeah... Which means she clearly forgot I was back there! She took more order at the window and then she said she's threw in some extra tinders for me an extra side for the wait at this point I'm thinking okay everything's fine just one of those off days. But then I get home and I don't even have my complete damn order! To top it all off I tried calling back several times the phone rings twice and then it says goodbye they're not even answering their phone! Needs to say I am exceptionally unhappy and will never be going back to that...
