We were there a couple of weeks ago. We walked in, the restaurant was trashed, and the hostess sat us in a room with a full-blown party going on. We were ignored for the 1st 15 minutes we sat. Finally, a busser (or so he appeared) came into the area. Stood looking at the very busy server, smiling. After watching him for a few minutes (literally), I asked him to get a manager for me after he was done watching the server. When she finished talking with the party guests, he asked her to hold his soda cup so he could pick up the monstrous tray for dirty dishes. A few minutes later, the manager came to our table. I expressed my disgust with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the lack of a server. She quickly apologized and said she just came on shift and she would have the restaurant cleaned up and looking as expected before we knew it. She wasn't wrong. She and the entire staff worked very diligently, getting it back in order. She comped an appetizer for us, which was nice but did not change the 1st impression of this new location. I can only assume the earlier manager doesn't care about their job or the customers. When we initially approached the hostess station, on our way in, 3 employees were standing on their cell phones laughing among themselves. I was taught that if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. And that restaurant desperately needed some cleaning. We enjoy Olive Garden, and the manager did make it "right." I just don't know if we would return to...

I give a one star because zero is not offered. We had lunch at about 2 pm today. Myself, my husband and my granddaughter. My husband and I had soup and salad. My granddaughter the Mac and cheese. When our salad came out I ask for extra dressing. 10 minutes went by, we got our soup and I finally got my extra dressing...but too late. My granddaughter Mac and cheese was VERY COLD, not just cool but COLD. Ask a young man who was cleaning tables for help but he just disappeared. Finally the “server” came over and I told her. It was replaced and taken off the bill. My drink was empty before we got our soup and never refilled until I ask after my meal was complete. I had to order our dessert on the Kiosk because our “server” was MIA...AGAIN. At one point she was in the bar making drinks...this was when I was waiting for my dressing. Our desserts arrived and they were very good. I needed a Togo box but again the “server” was MIA. So a hostess got me a Togo box. I waited tables for many years and I can be forgiving of a lot of things that go wrong at the table but, inattentive, cold food and lack of drink refills are inexcusable! The restaurant was FAR from busy and there was plenty of employees MANY standing around doing nothing, while I waited for drink refills and requested items. Poor service! I will not be back to this location.

Went back a week ago and the Service was...

Visited 3/6 for my 55th birthday. The service was horrible. The server never followed up or through. We were drinking lemon water and could never get refills. At one point the server said she would bring a pitcher and it never happened. In the beginning i advised her we would be ordering dessert and that it was a Birthday celebration. In the end to go boxes were offered and when reminded about our dessert she suggested I take my cake to go!!!! At this point you could tell she was suggesting we leave. She also suggested making water to go after we once again reminded her we were still waiting on refills. I normally pick up a couple of the at home meals and had she have paid attention we would have spent more money. I regret even tipping 10%. I normally tip around 30%. I spent 85.00 without the extra I would have spent. Really wish we would ha e gone to Margaritas instead. Would have been less expensive, more fun and a more memorable Birthday. I am extremely disappointed. Still bothering me the...

With the typical Olive Garden decorations inside and out, you have an expectation of professional and punctual service that creates an atmosphere of class and style in a family friendly package. For an early stage franchise, we were more than pleasantly surprised, and the customer service was incredible! Our server Corina M. was polite, courteous and cheerfully attentive. The chef even came out and spent time with several of the tables, and had no hesitation about sharing his passion for quality and flavor with us. Looking forward to future meals in this will placed Italian eatery!

Great location. We were greeted promptly upon entering and seated immediately. The server was bringing drinks to another table but made sure to greet us as well and let us know she would be right back. Food came out in proper orders from appetizers, salad and breadsticks, then enough time for the main course to arrive. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. The server checked on us frequently and kept our drinks full. The location is very clean, still looks brand new even though it’s been open a year. They have a take out option available too so I got lunch for the following day.

Not the best and not the worst OG experience that I have had. No wait time for a table however wait staff was missing in action. The host that sat me ended up swinging by to get my ice tea for me. Much respect for that as it’s not his job. The front end of the house needs some work with guest relations. The back of the house was on point with food quality and freshness. I would definitely return as maybe they could have been having staffing issues like many places these days with not having enough employees.
