This is my second review in two weeks. The first review was five stars and is listed below. I'm afraid this one was more distressing and it is only 2 stars. The order took 11 minutes to come out and we were the only customers in the lobby with about six employees behind the counter.Besides taking too long, the burgers were a little bit dry. The fries and the onion rings were quite good. The manager seemed to be distracting the employees from getting the order out by giving constant directions to do things not related to servicing our order. It's a shame most of the new Burger Kings in the area have trouble on startup and getting the job done and that is satisfying the customer. (10:39 AM, January 4, 2020)
It was a normal Burger King experience. One of my favorite places to go for hamburgers. I was surprised that the service and the food was very good considering that they have just recently opened. As a matter of fact their hours of operation have been reduced from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. so that they can properly staff to provide the full service during their normal hours. We visited there on December the 24th just after lunchtime and the service was perfect. The place was fairly crowded and there were no issues whatsoever. That's really saying something since they've just recently opened.

Read moreWas my fist time ordering at this location and will be my last. I ordered in the drive thru place half my order then was told to hold on, after minutes later placed the rest of my order. Was told they were out of sprite for my kids meals. Went to the window the young lady took my card to pay. She took forever to give it back and when I asked for a receipt she said it wasn’t working. But when a different young lady handed me my food it had receipt that showed what I ordered but not the price. So not sure if she was lying or not. Was going to ask for napkins and ketchup because nothing was in the bags and she rudely closed the window on me. I had to yell to her to get napkins and ketchup while they both just stood there looking. Bad costumer service over all. We tried to call the store but the phone keep saying the person you’re trying to reach is unavailable. So we had to drive back up there to get a refund because our burgers we made totally wrong. Burgers are always cold and dry over cooked never fresh from the grill also the French fries are never fresh whenever I get them seems all they have is kids working there that don't care about the customers and the food needs to be hot and fresh not happy with the way they handle things that need to be changed out if the product is not fresh onions or tomatoes are always bad very small tomatoes and onions are rubbery not fresh lettuce is also bad they need to use shredded instead of chopped lettuce it would be alott better on the Burgers I am a certified chef and I have told a manager about what needs to be done seems no one cares about the customer complaints about the things I mentioned really needs to be better.
