COACH Outlet — Local services in Fort Worth

I love Coach purses. I love looking at the new ones. For me half the fun is touching and opening and holding it. However, this last time I was at this store was the worst. Normally I am greeted, and the specials are told to me and then unless I ask usually I am left alone to browse. This time an older sales person, I do not know her name, approached and would not leave me alone. She followed me everywhere, and would not stop talking. I was so frustrated I left, and returned thinking she would be busy. But no, she zeroed in when I entered and followed me. I told her several times I needed some time to browse. But she stood about a foot behind me. I asked her to give me a moment to decide. Again about a foot behind me.And whenever I touched something she told me the price and how she had it and loved it and blah blah blah. Several times she took the purse out of my hands , so frustrating, she would not leave me alone. My husband even asked if we could have a moment to just look, she said sure and backed up about 6 inches staring at us. I left went down the way to Kate Spade and purchased there. Very disappointed. I probably won't return and should I purchase a Coach purse again, I will not be doing it there. If this is the new experience at Coach I am out. I felt like she was worried i would take something. Honestly...worst experience ever. So very frustrating, I will not return. The purses are already pricy, so if that is how they treat customers now, I'm out. 20 years of buying Coach,...

Natalie was the person who helped me and she was super sweet she checked up on me and even helped me when I asked her for advice on wallets. She explained which material was better depending on what I do daily and the different types that they had it was very nice since I was on the edge about what to get. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is not because of her it was more so the girl at the check out counter, when I tried asking her questions she was rude , she didn’t really care to answer which I understand you’re working and maybe tired but it was just not a great experience with her. I asked her for a little advice and she was very short with her response which again was okay until she started packing my bag and my wallet and she practically threw my wallet into the bag…. I thought it was a bit rude how she handled the items I had purchased because there was no reason to throw the wallet the way she did… I believe her name was Darshana… atleast it’s what it says on my receipt but other than that the experience was great Natalie was super helpful and was available when I needed to ask her questions. I may come back and give this store a try again since the prices were good and they had good selection on purses...

I just wanted to give a public praise and shout out to Mia. Her attention to detail and extra mile. I had on my Coach Cheetah Print small crossbody and ofcourse a cheetah print sweater. So naturally I gravitated to the Cheetah Print backpack and gasped because I had no idea it came in a bigger size because I have the mini and literally the entire collection. I picked up the backpack and without even being near me she saw me look at the price and put it back. She came and said that's on sale today and had the total on hand I picked it up soooo fast! Because that was a literally steal. I had been christmas shopping for everyone else not knowing I would get me something too. Mia continued to work with me to buy other gifts and was the sweetest!!! All of the staff were great and personable. Merry Christmas & HAPPY HOLIDAYS I'll be back...
