Zales Outlet — Local services in Fort Worth

Hello I wanted to share my experience at the Zales at the Tanger Outlet because I have been trying to get a situation just simply ordering my son's birthday present since before March 17th it was an online exclusive and I have been to three stores in different areas of Texas while traveling and also online I called their number customer service at least two or three times never could I get anything done until April 22nd when I walked into this store I spoke to Danielle the manager and Hailey was working as well and those two took care of me Danielle got everything straightened out got the piece ordered for me and shipped to where I needed it to go to with Hailey as well I would like to give a special thank you those two definitely could train at any Zales store because I have yet to see customer service as well as experience at any Zales store I have been in even by managers the knowledge has not been there until I walked into the store and they both were able to have the knowledge to take care of it if Danielle had not been there Hailey would have been able to do this I want to say thank you to both of them they help me to get it handled and very quickly with no problem at all I tried for over a month and a half to get that ordered and could not get anybody that knew what was going on so I believe they should get rewarded for their knowledge of how to handle situations and in a timely manner with excellent customer service skills I want to thank you both again Kathy have a super day thank you so much it was my birthday that day and you made it so special by getting that...

I'm not sure what the deal is with these negative reviews. I took a risk and tried this Zales despite the negative comments and was pleasantly surprised. Ben greeted me the moment I walked in the door and gave me his full attention for close to an hour while he helped me find the perfect gifts for my wife for our anniversary. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various stones and their history and sources. Learning about the history and science behind some of jewelry was definitely an unexpected treat. One thing that really stood out was Ben's ability to discern my budget without me having to make uncomfortable comments about what I could and couldn't afford. He was very intuitive about what I needed and it made the experience very enjoyable. I never felt pressured or felt like he was trying to get me to spend more than I wanted to. I actually stayed well below my budget even AFTER getting an additional ring because the prices were so great.

My fiancé bought my ring at this location. He got a great deal on it and it's beautiful! The nightmare came when we had to get it resized. We dropped it off and were told it would take 2 weeks. (Seems a little long but I thought maybe they told everyone that and it could possibly be sooner). The "promised date" my ring would arrive was on a Sunday. So a week and a half passes and now they are saying that my "promised date" is not promised. They said since they do not receive shipments on Sundays, it will be either Friday or Monday. Why even call it a promised date if they are not going to keep their "promise"? When I called, the lady was not understanding about why I was disappointed and was not willing to work with me. I asked if she could track my ring somehow and i didn't get an answer until I asked again to which she replied it's still at the jeweler. I have no faith in Zales getting my ring within the next day. If you are in the ring business you should know how important engagement rings are to people. This was our first and last purchase at a Zales.
