Had called in the morning, spoke to a manager there about peeling handles on a bag that was just a few months old. She pulled up my purchase history , and offered an exchange for either the same bag or something else I preferred. Went in that evening, spoke to her again and we decided to go with a different bag so the same issue would not happen again. I also picked up several other items to buy. The manager I was dealing with left and in steps a really rude young blonde manager (don’t know her name) Asks me for receipt( I didn’t bring it but it’s in your system) than she claims she can’t pull up my purchase. After arguing with her and insisted that the other manager had no issues, she suddenly pulled it up. Than started backtracking and claiming she couldn’t do the exchange because the system won’t let her (she hadn’t even tried to) Had to explain again, several times that this was not what I was told, then she started with I would have to issue the lowest selling price in order to exchange this! No ma’am, you have my receipt, you can see exactly how much I paid for it!! I’m not trying to get my money back, just need an exchange for a defective bag. After claiming the systems won’t let her do it, she miraculously managed to exchange the items after all with very little problems. She just didn’t want to do it! Manager who worked 6/29 morning provided excellent service, the younger evening manager...
Read moreI visited this store to purchase some jewelry I had seen online. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I spent about 10 - 15 minutes if even. I was with my two kids, pushing them in their wagon, and trying to calm my son, who was having a tantrum while I was checking out. The staff was noticeably cold, except for one kind employee which, sadly, didn’t surprise me as she was also Black like me.
This isn’t my first time shopping with my kids, but the way we were treated here was incredibly rude and dismissive. Honestly, how “high-end” do you think your store is? I’ve shopped at Louis Vuitton with my kids and was treated with far more respect. I wasn’t just browsing, I was a paying customer.
I could feel the stares and judgment from the moment I walked in until I left, while they eagerly attended to another customer who had just walked in. Although I love the jewelry and usually shop online, I’m somewhat glad I visited in person it gave me insight into the kind of company I’ve been buying from. Truly...
Read moreI returned to the store after seeing that the bag I had purchased had a defect. The lady who helped me while I was exchanging the purse had a horrible attitude. She got upset and even rolled her eyes whenever I was making sure it was the right bag I was getting, repeatedly stating “They’re the same, that is the same bag.”, I just wanted to make sure because it was a present, it wasn’t for myself... I wanted to purchase another purse I had seen while walking in but after that incident and her poor customer service, I felt too uncomfortable to do so. It is very sad that I, as a customer, can’t make sure, for 20 seconds, that I am receiving the right product without feeling like I am bothering the employee to the point where she seems...
