McDonald's — Restaurant in Northville Charter Township

Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

I went to the drive thru around 1:00am April 3rd, 2019 and during placing my order the lady worker became very rushy and offering to order food I didn’t want I believe just to hurry me along.

When I went to the window and paid I got no HI or HELLO, just my change back and I never saw her again once she walked away.

I pulled up for the food and waited at least 5 whole minutes before any employee surfaced and when one did she was the worst ever Caucasian female with red or brown hair wearing a vernors t shirt.

She handed me the bag and I asked was everything in the one bag and she replied with much attitude “Yes” then she prepared my pops with no ice in them and said why is there no ice in the pops and she lied and said the ice was not working or available. I told her why not tell me there’s no ice instead of giving me the syrup filled pops and so she took the pops back and threw the lids off and grabbed a extra cup from the bin and stuck it in the ice which was unsanitary and put ice in the pops while displaying massive attitude and unprofessionalism.

I told her how me and my passengers observed her demeanor, then I asked for the manager and she said yes!! Referencing that she was the manager and I was floored and let her have it very professionally.

People please avoid this McDonald’s and never pay money to get disrespected and attitude corporate needs to put the hammer down on...

This place is the absolute worst. My best friend and I pulled up to the drive thru, waited a minute, then another person came up in the other lane, and they received service before we did. We place his order, and we had to repeat ourselves four times (I use to work in fast food, I understand that the headsets suck), but it was still annoying because two different people had to do it.

I pull up to the first window after ordering, and the women working the cash register was taking a selfie and didn't help us for a solid minute. We paid, and got out receipt.

The second window, we waited another two or three minutes. We received his drink, then his food, and we started pulling away, and we realized that we did not have his straw. We pull back around, and inform them of there slip up at the speaker box. We got a "So."

I'm beyond furious at this point. I pull up to the window, inform them about the straw. They literally rolled their eyes, and told us to just go to the next window.

I pulled up to the second window, again, and I assume the manager, just threw straws at us. I was going to ask to speak to the manager, but she slammed the window.

By the way, I was polite the entire time. This was rude, and entitled behavior that I have never experienced at any...

The updates done here have backfired. Service is slow and you are ignored to have side conversations. Today I had the misfortune of visiting when they are out of supplies and food. No burgers or chocolate milk, and chicken nuggets are served in a bag labled for "Buttermilk Crispy Tenders" which used to come in a box too, so double weird. They only have fountain drinks, chicken, fish, and fries. (Which look bad and sparse, not even filling the containers half way. 8 fries in a kid's size.) Other customers called to complain over the phone, and a guest returned to have part of their order replaced from yesterday's poor quality. Final build: no playplace. (January 2019)

(October 2018) New systems are being implemented at this location, it still has a few bumps, but is promising. Be ready to order with a large touch screen, personally it helped me to decide what to order and it showed the prices of each item, which is helpful for my budget. The system was not accepting coupons, even from their app, so talk to someone before placing your order to check on that.

Today it was pouring rain and the open dining area was great to catch my breath, and was peaceful while...
