My wife and I eat here as frequently as I can make up an excuse to stop in. The dishes are abundant and delicious and always quickly prepared. I've eaten at several Thai restaurants, and only one excelled this one, and unfortunately it changed owners. Compared to the New Bangkok, it and all the others are are mediocre. We love the Kickboxing Chicken, deep fried with sweet veggies and sauce. I also like their peanut sauce on mixed seafood. Their dessert of banana, coconut milk, sweet bean, and sticky rice rolled in banana leaves is awesome, just sweet enough, filling enough for 2 even though it's small, and only $3. Mary and I can eat there for under $20 if we just get tea and one order of Kickboxing chicken to split, for they bring extra rice for no charge. It's a carry out as well as a restaurant so the waitresses are pretty busy at times, but they always check on you, so please don't whine if they don't stand at the end of your table with a towel over their arm like Jeeves. Bathrooms are very clean, decor is authentic but not overpowering, cloth napkins and beautiful table settings. Mary and I also get two orders of Kickboxing, one mild (don't get the NO SPICE, it's too bland) and I get the MILD PLUS. I got the extra hot ONCE. It took me a week to finish it, because I could only eat a couple of pieces at a time. YOU WERE WARNED. Anyone who rates this less than 4 stars lacks...

The top pieces that didn’t soak in the sauce were nice and crisp- Great flavor, mild plus heat- I definitely could get two meals if I wasn’t so greedy😂 I wouldn’t get it again only because of the breading and sogginess- Excellent service - They serve you a complimentary salad and it is so tasty- tangy dressing, crisp cool salad, fresh thin sliced carrots, cucumber and small baby leaves of lettuce- Yum! I might actually try a salad next time-
It’s been a long time in searching for a great Thai restaurant! The staff is so friendly- Great service- Food is always served hot and fresh- We’ve tried the fresh rolls, spring rolls, soup, pad Thai , Thai almond chicken- All delicious- Prepared perfectly- The pad Thai is by far the best I’ve had in a long time- Not dry and clumpy- good ratio of protein to noodle, plenty of green onion and egg- They serve you a complimentary little salad- Very tasty and fresh- Quite expensive- Very busy carry out service- We usually eat in and they are a bit busy around...
Read morePEANUT ALLERGY CUSTOMERS BEWARE. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant. Recently within the past 6 months the food items have begun to taste sub par but i stayed with them. Yesterday i ordered the pad GAI, this item does not contain peanuts. If it did it would have been written on the menu under the description. I tasted my order.... less than 60 seconds my throat is closing up. I call the restaurant and they agreed that they indeed served me the pad GAI and did not confuse it with pad THAI and said that the cook made a mistake... He mistakenly put peanuts on my food. A peanut allergy is BEYOND serious, and to just be sprinkling peanuts willy nilly on orders is a BIG BIG ISSUE. If you have a peanut allergy, just do not eat here. I will never be back and will not miss it. Try "Siam Spicy" in Novi or Livonia if you want...
