Starbucks — Restaurant in Norwalk

Ivan, the Barista provided such an authentic quality customer service to me this morning! Considering, I'm not much of a Starbucks person but today I needed a "pick me up" from sitting in my job training all day and Ivan suggested the blonde roast with a splash of Vanilla 🙂 and I appreciate his suggestion because I enjoyed it very much! I like the smooth taste and cozy warm smell of coffee as I sipped on it in my car before returning back to my training. It's unfortunate that Ivan wasn't able to accept my tip as he stated that due to this Starbucks being inside of Target, employees are not able to accept tips😔. He very well deserves...

Today going to Starbucks in the imperial Norwalk target I can honestly say it wasn’t a good experience at all! The cashier was rude and the severs were too,I can’t believe they charged one dollar for asking for less light on my drink or even no ice. This is the first time that I experience this and heard before .which to me it’s something new since I buy Starbucks everyday. Basically I am very disappointed on starbucks workers are treated the customers and humiliating them around other customers. I will definitely not want to visit this...

I am giving five stars. Three is a average, four is above expectations. This Starbucks is inside Target. The barista, I believe her name was Jill, immediately welcomed me. I brought my cup and just needed a coffee. Some Starbucks haggle you when you ask for a refill but aren't staying, not here! She asked if I had Starbucks ap, I didn't, explained the benefits of it.
