Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Norwich Township

Absolutely the last time we will go to this location. They didn't have the egg white and spinach omelet bites, the woman taking the order was rushing and rude. We ordered 1 large drink with and extra shot of espresso and 1 large drink with an extra shot of espresso and an extra shot of carmel then a medium iced black coffee and a medium iced cap. The guy at the window asked if we wanted a drink carrier..we said no. The guy then says they put them in there anyway is that ok. We didnt want to waste it or have extra trash so we said no please. Then he starts handing the drinks and 1 has a x on it. We ask which one is which. The guy ask the woman and she states "Now come on he knows he ordered it" actually NO we don't know what your x means....then we make sure they have extra espresso n 1 with carmel. Another woman comes over explaining they didnt put espresso in both. 1 had carmel and 1 had espresso....but her explaining was with a huge smile and still rude. Meanwhile the woman who claims we should know we ordered it is complaining about us while we can actually hear every word!! My husband says you can please stop talking about us we hear every word. I told the smiling woman that the other woman was being rude. N then the rude woman begins to complain that she didnt make the drinks n why are we complaining about her....Because we heard everything!! I am not sure what type of people they hire but I am easy to please, I am friendly to all our servers and make sure to tell the drive thru workers thank you and have great days, even if they weren't that nice. I am beyond irritated with my services here this morning. I ordered my usual bacon egg and cheese croissant and a caramel frozen frapp. They offered me to make it a meal and add hash browns. I agreed as I knew I would be at my desk all day and lunch would be late. However after paying over $7 for a meal you expect it to be enjoyable. I took a hash brown out the bag and they were cold and old. I called instantly and spoke with Austin who said he would replace my hash brown. As we hung up I checked my sandwich and low and behold its burnt!!! So I called back and let Austin know ,I am going to return with all of the food its gross. I get back to the place the line is crazy long being I was on my way to work and they have already inconvenienced me.I decided to run in. Well that was a mistake!!! Everyone just looks at you and continue to work or they act as if they dont see you. Finally a guy walk up and I say hello I am looking for Austin? He shows me his name tag to indicate its him.He ask me what was my order again.So I tell him what my order was AGAIN bacon egg cheese croissant hash browns and caramel frozen frapp. He ask me if i would like the old food back???? Umn NO its cold and burnt the whole reason, I am back here and late to work. Not only did they not replace the frapp the hash browns were still cold and they made me a SAUSAGE EGG and CHEESE sandwich!!!!!! I want a full refund!!! I got a sandwich from this particular location and they gave me an egg with a green yoke, I was sick for an entire day, and when I was finally able to get into the store to try to get my money back for the sandwich (cause I don’t know anyone who would want a remake on something that made them sick for an entire day, myself included) I just wanted my money back and I was told a manager wouldn’t be there until the morning on the next day. Making it two days after this happen when I finally walked into the store to try to get this taken care of and they basically laughed in my face like I was even crazy for asking and lied to me that they could not refund me after talking to manager who said they would at a different location (my bad absolutely for calling the wrong store of course but to be then lied to because you don’t want to do what you can for the costumer) this was honestly awful over all in this location.
