Normally I always have good experience but the last time was terrible. The milk was rotten and they claimed they got it today. Then why is there chunks on top? And I thought maybe it was the style of the drink but I took a sip and instantly spit it out. Tasted so rotten and sickening. Went back and told the worker (turns out to be a manager) and she offers to make me another coffee the exact same -_- so I ask for money back instead but! She told me no refunds on drinks. So then she tells me I can get another drink but at that point I donât trust any of the coffee. So instead I get a plain iced coffee which is $2 and the other drink was $5. She gives me a small iced coffee and I said this is not the same price. She proceeds to tell me âwe normally donât do this but I wanted to be niceâ. They lost a loyal customer after this situation. I proceeded to exchange for something different and they told me that there is no refunds or exchanges. Very poor customer service when Gloria jeans promotes customers satisfaction. I recently ordered and the barista completely fumbled my order (she acknowledge that she misheard me) and instead of remaking the drink that I ordered she attempted to charge me for an additional drink.
