I have gone there since 2012 almost daily and had no complaints, what so ever. But today, I pulled up to drive-thru and the order went regularly with a bit of an attitude from the woman. I pulled up and saw her talking to what seems to be a friend while she makes my drink wrong and gets more upset when I kindly remind her how I like my ice coffee (1/2 ice). The rest of my order was awkward and uncomfortable to say the least. She was so focused on talking to her guy friend I noticed while waiting for my sandwich and receipt if I don't receive my receipt my order is free. So yes, I didn't get my receipt after waiting a few mites after given the sandwich and knocked on the window. I told her your policy and she asked me if I'm serious with a childish attitude again. She told me she was busy with customers when there was only 1 guy in there that didn't even order anything. This really disappointed me to be treated like so as a "valued customer" that it says on the sticker on the pick up window. Again, I'm a regular and most ofnypur employees know me. I'm the dog guy with the half ice coffee✌ the moral of this story is not for a free order, but instead, it's for more reinforcement for employees to act accordingly and realize their own policy and the customer is always right. Read moreThis was my 1st time visiting this location and will definitely be my last. My coffee had syrup sitting at the bottom not mixed in at all and the food wasn’t even hot when I got it. There was no one else there so couldn’t even use being busy as an excuse. I went thru the drive- thru, the older woman taking the order had a terrible attitude and was very rude. We had to go inside for something we didn’t like and wanted a refund for. She didn’t have on a company uniform and the inside was not clean at all. She was clearly annoyed about the refund and said, “next time make sure you know what you want before you order”. I hope whoever her superior...
Read moreThis place has horrible customer service. Every time I have tried to order in the drive thru, they are rushing me and I don't even have time to look at the menu (their menu board is very hard to look through as well).
Also, if you can believe it, I ordered a cream cheese bagel and...they gave me the bagel and cream cheese separately, and I had to make it myself. Excuse me, what? Never seen that before. What am I paying for here. 1 star for you. The bagel actually was decent, maybe because I made it myself.
