Worst serving experience ever at this place and we're regulars. Went there 9-23-22 (Friday night) at about 730 pm with the fam bam. Typical wait about 30 minutes.
Let me just say the service was horrendous. The waitress either was new or lost. She only waited on 4 tables and look so lost. She took awhile to take our order and the orders took awhile coming out. I could see the table with the big family next to us getting irritated as well. - felt bad. Pretty bad service - it was crazy.
Also, when she asked if we needed anything else after order, we asked for water and she forgot to bring us water twice (weird).
What's even more staggering were the cocktails. I've never felt ripped off in my life. - the drinks (margaritas) didn't taste like it had any alcohol like it usually does - it was no sleeper - cause I know what a sleeper does. The long ice tea was a fluke as well - I should have looked who the bartender was cause I've never tasted it like that before where it tasted like there's nothing in there. - and frankly - there was nothing or 1/4 amount.
I was so disgusted - I didn't want to throw a fit and be like crylua so I told my wife I was kinda disgusted with the service (first time ever at chilis we experienced bad service) so I politely left and waited outside till they were finished.
I was going to talk to the manager but I didn't want the server to feel bad as well.
I think the Manager should walk around the tables and ask if everything is going good , how's the food , how's the service etc. - guess it happens only at few places where they care about service.
I think we have to find a new spot to eat- Moanis at kamakana Alii was awesome - service was great there and the live music was awesome !!!
Good luck chilis. Loved you guys but not that...

Came here at 1 pm and my boyfriend went to grab our take out and turns out they gave it to someone else. The front people never asked for their number and name and only repeated the order back to the person and the woman took my order and left.
So my boyfriend had to go back and forth with them and now we have to wait for I don’t know how long more for our food to be done. Unprofessional establishment. Why get someone’s number if you ain’t going to ask the person for it during pick up to make sure it’s the correct person? Anyone can say yes to an order that’s been place and most people don’t thoroughly listen to the order being repeated to them anyway. And then they asked my boyfriend for my name on the order and I told him that they never asked for my name on the phone. But even so, the woman who picked up my order they never asked for her name or number just repeated the order so how does that make sense for them to ask for my name at time of pick up when they couldn’t find it?
So in the end, we ended up waiting since we were already there. The server Cheryl said 15 mins wait but we’ve been waiting in our car for more than 30 mins now. Worst experience we’ve ever had just for take out at a restaurant. We’ve basically waited for more than an hour for our take out food....

I have to say this was extremely disappointing, especially since I didn't know this until the check came. I had a free dessert reward and was told that they wouldn't accept it, but that "you can still use it on the mainland". Sure, but I don't live on the mainland, so it's not helpful.
With that said, nice atmosphere. It's a Chili's, you know what to expect. Football on the TV, etc. Seated quickly, but took a bit to get service afterwards and had to wait longer than I'd like to get refills. Not a huge deal - I get it, lots of places are short staffed and workers are doing their best.
Food was ok, seems like the quality has gone down from last time I visited at the Pearlridge location before it closed. Got crispy crispers with loaded mac & cheese, roasted street corn, and fries. Mac and cheese was great. Street corn was a little cold, but still good. However, the fries were a little bland and the chicken just isn't the same since they changed them from battered to breaded. They just taste generic and not like the ones Chili's is known for.
I've long thought that Chili's was the best of the big American sit-down chains, but this is probably...
