Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I was excited to see that an Andy’s open Less than 2 miles from me . The first two times I went I bought a med custom concrete, which was amazing and cost me $10.89 each . Anyhow , the last two times have been a disappointment ! I order the same custom concrete only to get home to a little to no topping and wasn’t blended . Last night I sent my fiancé back to Andy’s , this time I decided to go with a Sundae because it Included the same topping as my custom concrete . I made this decision Due to not receiving the blended (concrete ) I figured if I had to mix it myself, I could save some money. Unfortunately, both Sundae were terrible ! It literally had two big chunks of brownies which left little to no room for ice cream . I was definitely looking for more ICE CREAM being that’s how it’s displayed on the website. I have visited this location four times within two weeks . I really hope things change ! I’m not eager to go back...

The person whose review claimed Andy’s was “the worst” was clearly not at the Andy’s on Hwy. K.

My husband & I were there last Friday night (May 9th). It was the first evening with decent weather, and the place was JAMMED with customers. We were probably 8th in line…a school play had just finished and there were easily 25 groups behind us.

You can tell a lot about a crew if you observe them as they’re working. Not only were they patient with the customers, but they were patient and kind to one another. No sniping, no whining, no laziness, no goofing off. They respected one another as they worked, and trust me: They WORKED!

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location since they opened. One employee in particular (Marquis) is STELLAR as he interacts with customers and the managers should be proud of the great job they did selecting their work force and putting their shifts together.

Love their custard, love their work ethic! Go...

This place is honestly the worst. The staff do not know what they carry or how to order the correct items. I had to tell the man 3 times what I wanted and it was still wrong. Then I ordered a tea and when he handed us both ice cream items. Told me that was all I ordered so I asked him for my receipt. He said oh let me get you that drink. Then when I asked for the receipt again for my rewards. Since I was told the reward system was down. He Then told the printer was broken as well so no receipt. No name tag I was so excited to have a location close. Just dosent seem worth it for the customer service part and getting my order right. I used to live in st charles so the st Peter's location was convenient. Guess I'll have to wait to use that...
