I got a $50 gift card that I needed to use but other than that . I will not come to this place. I ordered my pastries and iced mocha, total $54 .i was told to wait.i was the first one .then theres 5 customers after me. How the heck one person taking order in the cashier;same getting the pastries,same making the coffee. So after serving these 5 customers their coffees and food, hold on what about mine? Then she looked at me that she forgot.i was the first to come, asked to wait since its a to go. Customers are coming in. It took 30 minutes me watching these 2 attendants on the side talking, instead of helping these black server whose doing 3 things at a time. It took a while to step in and help. I am diabetic and my brain is almost gonna blow. The place is small for them not to see me and just i felt ignored coz am not gonna wait for my ice mocha , where there’s a lot of places I could get it. I spend $50 in this place with poor service, not friendly,and So i got out from there not waiting for my iced mocha. I promised not to come back.if next time I will receive another giftcard. Sugar Fixe provided macarons, mini fruit tartlets, and mini cupcakes for my bridal shower a few weeks ago. Not only were they able to do this for me with only a couple week turnaround time, but they did a truly incredible job with everything! They were organized, communicative, and timely in delivering each item. Each baked good was delicious, but I think my favorites were the fruit tartlets! They were such a refreshing pop of color and flavor, and a unique addition to my dessert table.

They were able to create a tower of macarons in pink ombre with gold splatter for me, which was just incredible! They had such great flavors too: vanilla, raspberry, and lychee rose.

The mini cupcakes were red velvet and vanilla, and both were a total hit with my guests.

In addition to everything tasting incredible, each staff member that I spoke to were so kind and treated me in such a special way. I cannot express how appreciated it was. I cannot wait to utilize Sugar Fixe again for gorgeous and delicious desserts for...

I just want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Wes, who went above and beyond at the bakery to ensure my concerns regarding food allergies were heard and addressed with safety, kindness, understanding, and—most of all—patience.

A friend had ordered a cake, and due to my allergies, I'm usually excluded from eating most foods at social events. After a recent allergic reaction, I was especially anxious about eating anything at the party. I hadn’t had birthday cake in a long time, and I just wanted to know if it would be safe for me to enjoy even a small piece.

I decided to call the bakery myself, and Wes immediately put me at ease. He took the time to check all the ingredients used in my friend's cake and made sure everything was safe for me. His care and reassurance gave me peace of mind and allowed me to feel included—something I don’t often get to experience when it comes to food.
