Depending on the shift and the time of day that you go, this Taco Bell restaurant could either be a hit or a miss. They have some good employees, and some good items on their menu. Nonetheless, that is not what this review is going to be about. My family and I went to this location for dinner (around 6:30pm), we ordered our items on the app and pulled up to the intercom before being greeted with "What do you want?". We stated that we had an online order, then pulled to the window as directed. First, we ordered two drinks. The person in the window hands the first drink through the window and the drink cover isn't sealed, spilling it on myself, as it drips down my arm. I pass it to the passenger seat and say out loud "Please make sure the cover is sealed on that one," looking at the individual in the window. His response was "Mhm, Yeah, sure" while quickly nodding his head, but not checking and handing it off. Again, the drinks spilled and we needed to seal that one. The man closed the window smirking as we struggled to clean up the mess. Next, we ordered a box, and some other items on the side. We were handed out items like normal, but noticed that it looked like we were short a Nachos Bell Grande. He said, "No, it's in the box". So, we drove off. The item was not in the box like he said. This location also doesn't allow any customers to go inside, so we had to go around again to get our item that we had previously ordered. Instead of going through the drive through, we pulled on the other side of the street and walked to the window (explaining the situation and asking the drivers if we could cut in front of them, which they all agreed, bless their hearts). Finally getting to the window, we explained that it wasn't in the box, and his response was "Well, did you look in the box?". Finally after waiting about 5 minutes he comes hands us the item and we leave. One of the tacos in the box was soaked in who knows what. Obviously fast food isn't the most healthy, but I would argue that it shouldn't be dripping with enough greese, oils, and fats to make the food soggy.
All in all? If Taco Bell is going to advertise great service and great food, they better make sure that each Taco Bell has (at least) adequate food and service. I would recommend going to another establishment if you're looking for a fast food restaurant. If you want Taco Bell food, you might as well grab it out of the trash, since that's all you'll be getting (regarding quality and...
Read more11-24-24 Aggressive employee (Alec), rude, can’t handle the pressure when it’s busy and has the employees scared of him. I ordered my food and went to pay cash at the counter. A young man, who was filling the chip bags, came over to the counter to take payment. The employee (Alec) who was at the drive-up window, came over to do something under the counter. The young man asked him if the register at the counter was open and Alec told him no. Alec stood up, looked at the young man and pointed back at the chips for him to go back there. Alec told me to stop harassing his employees and he would take my payment. He proceeded to walk back to the drive-up counter, yelled that he was busy, not to harass his employee, that only one register was open. The young man went back to filling chip bags and mouthed, I’m Sorry to me. Alec came back and took the money, brought the change back and I asked him what his name was. He told me Alec, and I proceeded to tell him he was rude, that you don’t talk to customers that way. Alec told me I was rude, that he was busy, that I was harassing his employees. The young man was doing his job, waiting on customers that were at the counter, which is something that this particular store lacks in. He did nothing wrong, he came to the counter, nobody asked him. I could tell that he was afraid of Alec. Since Alec wanted to argue with me about his treatment of customers in front of another customer, I told him to go back to what he was doing and to wait on the young lady who was standing next to me waiting for her drink cup that wasn’t given to her. Alec then proceeded to tell me not to tell him what to do. Alec cannot handle the pressure when it’s busy. There was no reason that the other register shouldn’t have been open. Not everyone pays with a credit card. I’ve worked retail, in customer service, and I know that’s not how you handle or treat customers. Nobody harassed any employee there. The young man was doing his job, helping customers, and no employee should be afraid at their workplace. Alec should be let go or needs to be trained in how to handle things when it’s busy. Also, his appearance needs to be cleaned up. I definitely won’t be going back to that Taco Bell, as long as he’s there. Good thing there’s a Taco John close by. I would rather pay a little more than have to deal with an aggressive employee who thinks that an employee waiting on a customer is a customer harassing...
Read moreI went there for an online pickup order. I walked in and even though there were a bunch of people working, nobody acknowledged me.
I stood there for about 10 minutes before someone came up and put two cups in front of me for my drinks.
No problem.
There was a Slippery When Wet sign by the drink machine but that floor hadn't been slippery in ages. The floor was ultra sticky and it seemed like it hadn't been mopped for a very long time. It was really grungy.
Anyway, I went back to the counter and a while later they plopped the food bag in front of me and walked away.
Still...nobody said anything to me.
I waited a while longer and someone finally came up and gave me the Freeze I was waiting for.
Went home and the food I ordered was poorly prepared. My quesadillas were customized online but they weren't prepared that way (they were practically empty).
I frequent this Taco Bell and normally I'd rate them a 5.
This was a...
