I first came to Highwire Coffee Roasters last month. When I say I am hooked! I work at City Hall. On my way to the office, I am able to stop in and grab my HOT chocolate, and Dirty Chai. The atmosphere is not only lovely it's super peaceful and such a vibe! I am also a HUGE FAN of the customer service. I feel as if I am truly appreciated as a customer. I love supporting a business that not only has QUALITY Products, AND GREAT CUSTOMER...

Closed today? Why? I drove and fought to find parking only to find it closed when it was supposed to be open today. Not even a sign on the door. I was forced to go elsewhere. One would think you want to cater to the saturday crowd, especially being new to that part of oakland, not professional and created an inconvenience for many of us today....

Please update google if you are truly going to close on Saturdays moving...

I really wanted to like Highwire when they replaced Peets, but have repeatedly been disappointed. The drink variety is quite limited, pricing is on the high side and the service isn't great. Service is slow (even when ordering in advance via the app) and when inquiring about my order have been met with annoyed replies. I don't think it's reasonable for a simple order to take more than 10...
