Update October 5 2024: They aren't preparing the chai correctly. Rishi instructs a 1:1 ratio of chai to milk, but Mortivat is pouring closer to 1:1.5, which makes it too weak.

So if you're coming here to get some work done you will need to be a member of the "shared" work space inside or just rely on whatever charge you have for your device. The coffee is fine.
