Wish I could give negative 5 stars. Wife went there in Oct. 21 to get us matching costumes for a cruise we were taking over Halloween.
Halloween night rolls around. We are on the cruise ship for the big Halloween party. Went to put my costume on and half of the costume was missing. Haunting Scarecrow. The jacket and pants were in there. No hat, no mask, no rope belt and no gloves. No costume=no party. Didn’t want to be the only one on the ship without a costume so I never made it to the party.
I reported this to Spirit Halloween when we got home from the cruise. Of course the store itself was closed for the season. Their customer service dept. told me that I would be getting a refund for the costume. They told me this on Nov 5, 2021; Dec 30, 2021, and Jan 22, 2022. Here we are in April, 2022 and still no refund. Buyer beware. Check the costume before you leave the store. They obviously won’t refund you if some of the costume is missing!

Bare minimum merchandise..a lot of emptiness in the store...dust everywhere(like an inch thick on the shelves, they literally just slapped their expensive products on top of dirt), blaring music over the speakers, hardly any animatronics.
