Tas-t-o's Donuts — Restaurant in Ocala

Just stopped in again this morning Aug 21st. Delicious as always. Check the variety in the video I posted. Mmmm. These donuts remind me of the bakery I frequented as a child in Springfield, Il in the '70s. The cake donuts are surprisingly tender and soft. Being our first visit, We bought a hand-picked dozen to try a variety. All the way home, I was concerned about being under charged. Compared to what I normally pay for 4 donuts at another local pastry shop, Tas-t-os sold me a dozen. When I got home, I immediately got online and realized the price was right. Since there are only 3 of us in our house, some of the donuts had to be left for day-olds. Even on day 2, these donuts were absolutely delicious. Their old fashion was the best l have ever had. The Bavarian cream in the Boston is delicious. If you live near Ocala, make an effort to grab a box of donuts. I will be going back very soon. Maybe even in the morning if they are open on the 4th of July. I am now addicted to Tas-t-os...

I am disappointed as like everything else the prices have gone up and the quality has went down I used to like stopping here all the time it's been a while since I've been back but I decided to stop in this morning and this is one of the time this happened too last time I went there the donuts have no ingredients there's no jelly you order a jelly and it's like a small minute drop in the very end of it maybe if you're lucky in the middle the lemon same thing. and so I'm assuming this is the new quality of tastio that I guess I'll just have to buy regular store bought even hostess is better at this point for their chocolate donuts sorry tasty yo you guys lost quality and don't mind paying the price if I was going to get some but it's not happening people...

This was my first time here as I am new to Ocala and looking for a good bakery with fresh donuts. This place did not disappoint, the employees were very attentive and service with a smile. The one lady at the register did explain the fritters are Cinnamon Not apple fritters. If you pay with a credit card it is an extra dollar charge for processing, this is no surprise as most establishments I have been to in ocala do the same thing. I got the huge Cinnamon roll, omg so soft melt in your mouth delicous, also a Cinnamon fritter it was also soft and fresh. Lastly the maple donut was so tasty.
