Allow me to preface this review with the following - I ONLY write reviews to give 5/5 stars because the food/ service was good and want to promote the business, however, this review will be the exception. Here's the story...so my girlfriend and I come down to OCMD each February to beat the peak season and to really just enjoy the beach, a little winter hiatus if you will. This past Saturday we went to Seacrets and afterwards were in the mood for some pizza. Since it was the off season, most places weren't open so our options were obviously limited. Dominos WAS open, but instead of patronizing a large chain we thought we would give a local business a chance. So I call Brother's Bistro and order two 12" plain pizzas and the total comes out to $30.89!!! To me, that is a lot for 2 pizzas, but I thought because they were 'brick oven,' that would explain the premium price for the pies. I pick them up about 15 mins later and none of the staff greeted me when I walked in and the pizza was at the bar. Their is an older woman at the bar who rang me up and I think if it wasn't for her, this place would be driven into the ground. So I get back to our room and we open up the box (refer to image connected to this review) and I can't believe what I see...it looked like the kind of pizza you would get at a bowling alley! It was literally just dough, some cheese and sauce randomly dotting the pizza. $30 bucks for amateur pizza. Considering how hungry we were, we just ate it! I called in to voice my complaint and even went their the next day. Their was no manager or competent person to address the situation so hence this review. Either management reads this and makes some changes or at least some unsuspecting diners can be more prepared before patronizing this place. The price was absolutely not worth the end product. In my personal opinion, this is the value of websites like Google and Yelp, among others. They give consumers the ability to post their experiences, transparently, so other consumers can understand what they will be getting before they spend their hard earned money. It's worth mentioning that you can't believe ALL reviews and some reviewers will take out their bad days on restaurants, even if service and food were fine. Honestly, if the owners and management team took the time to read and respond to these reviews, they could correct mistakes and therefore create more repeat business as well as boost their reputation. I hope this review was helpful for anyone who reads it. Please consider other dining options besides this place. At least until they get their act together.

This place was within a walking distance from where we stayed and so we frequented a few times. First night we had ordered a salad, wings, chicken cheeseteak, and crab quesadilla. The "bucket" drinks are a great value and were great, especially the classic margarita. The wings were crispy and our four year old loved them. The chicken cheeseteak was very flavorful, the chicken wasn't dry and the roll was fresh. The homemade chips, crispy and yummy. My other half enjoyed his quesadilla, said it was really good. Second time we ordered a pizza with pepperoni. One of the best pizza's we have had. A crispy crust, just enough sauce which had such great flavor. Just the right size to share. The prices are great, considering it sits right on the boardwalk. The view is nice, if sitting outside, even the inside is beautiful. The host greeted us both times with friendly chatter. The waitress both times were also very friendly and attentive. We spoke how friendly the atmosphere was and that was one of the perks. Maybe we got lucky, as other reviewers seem to have a problem in that area; however, we are also very friendly people ourselves so maybe that played a role. The third time we went it was raining hard so the host stand was inside; however, as we entered, whom I believe is the owner greated us immediately and sat us (later checked on us and conversed with our daughter) at a table and then our waiter was there within seconds. We went this time for drinks and dessert.. and if you love tiramisu then this is a place you must go. Delicious. I wanted to order more to take home. We returned months later, and same friendly service and great tasting food at a reasonable price. Excellent mixed drinks for that vaca vibe! Pizza is a menu item that I would eat every day if I could.. so amazing. Wonderful view in a quiet setting.

Brothers Bistro is shady. Waitresses barely come around. Two pizzas, hot poppers, kids macaroni and cheese, 3 waters and 3 sodas. 101.66 dollars being they added in a tip of 14 dollars. Waitress did not earn the 14 dollar tip. Food wasn't even worth it. They don't mention that a tip is included. I was handed a bill and two different times it changed. The waitress was told I could not see the bill. I am legally blind. She brought out a reciept with a pen to sign it with. They are total rip offs and definitely try to take advantage of people with disabilities. They should be ashamed of themselves taking a 14 percent tip for doing as little as possible, and expecting or trying to dupe the customer into another additional tip. Especially not providing assistance when someone with a disability is asking for help. Shame on this place altogether from top to bottom.

So we went on a rainy day and thought we would enjoy the breakfast buffet. I will start with saying in 56 years of my life this was the worst breakfast buffet and saddest I have ever seen. It started with drinks for not included not even a coffee or orange juice, the menus were there for a quick second so I was unable to read that both of us at the table if one ordered the other had to also order the buffet I went to the buffet which consisted of no eggs, overcooked potatoes, pancakes, french toast, and watermelon as it's fruit choice. I went to the table but tempted to cut my pancake which was like a bricks I called the waitress over and asked if I could not get the buffet and just order a breakfast he said they normally do not do that with something wrong? I explained about everything being hard and mediocre hot she at that point says okay and brings me a menu. I did enjoy my omelette toast at that time. Then the bill comes and it is $76 for two people The buffet was $20 and two orange juices and a coffee cost $12.50 when I received my bill I had noticed that she had also charged me for two buffets which I was told I could order instead of getting the buffet. When I brought this up to the waitress she told me that the manager would not allow it and it was not her fault. They did not try to resolve the issue, she did not call the manager over to speak with me. After looking at the reviews a year ago it seems like everyone has the same complaints although the prices were a bit cheaper management promised to work on this my opinion is they not only did not work on it but it got worse. Please find another...
