Quickies Mini Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Ocean City

I mean, go... But don't expect anything out of the ordinary. Lackluster service brought the experience down significantly. Kids looking for the robot "explanation" were sorely disappointed by a pointer finger and a "the dough goes down here and it's fried in here". When asked if we could utilize a larger carrier instead of the bag due to heat and children holding/reaching for them, we were told the bucket cost was built into the cost of the product. After working in the industry, a $22 bucket of deep fried dough for doughnuts is already overpriced even if put in a bucket that costs $0.20-0.30 to hold them. Coffee left much to be desired by 11am but if not brewed immediately, coffee is coffee. Turns out, there's better less than 2 streets down the way and they do their best to provide a service you won't forget (and the other place has fudge).

Edit post response from owner: This was our 2nd time buying in the past few years that we've been frequenters to OC, MD. Service hasn't improved but a review wasn't made with our first interaction and we obviously gave them another go. Stalking down someone for a review seems defensive but as a business, you have to do what you have to do weed out what you may believe may be false. Adjusted another star out of fairness but my wife was certainly not happy with the response about a bucket for ease of use for a family and the response from the owner albeit defensive, unproductive, and unprofessional shows there's at least a concerted effort. $22 included the tip that the register requests at every purchase but an advertisement for 10% off was not honored anyways. Best of luck finding every review you don't like! It's easier to adjust the service which it sounds like is...

My family and I visited Quickies Mini Donuts & Coffee yesterday morning. The ladies were so very welcoming and kind. We decided on the large bucket of donuts since there were three of us and we ended up with leftovers. We ate the leftovers this morning, and they are just as good. Definitely recommend buying the bigger size if you have multiple people eating them. The leftovers won't disappoint. The donuts were made after we ordered them so they were hot and fresh. My husband and I also had iced coffee, he had hazelnut and I had pumpkin spice. Both were delicious. My son had the fresh squeezed lemonade, which was also very good. I have been dreaming about these donuts since visiting for the first time this past weekend. The donuts are made fresh and are absolutely delicious. The prices are great and I enjoyed the bucket of donuts. They are soft and the chocolate dipping sauce was like frosting and made the donuts that much better. My kids enjoyed the slide they had while we waited in line. I wish they were going to be open next month for winterfest 😭.
