Dumser's Dairyland West OC — Restaurant in Ocean City

Totally had hubby do a u turn because I saw a sign advertising Dole Whips. We had just left Assateague and were headed back to Dewey when I saw the sign (I love Dole Whips but haven't had one since our last trip to Disney years ago) so I was in the edge of my seat as we waited at the red light. I waited as patiently as I could behind a group of what seemed like 50 (actually only 12 maybe but their indecisiveness made the wait much longer) and when it was finally my turn I realized they only had pineapple or strawberry (I so wanted the original orange one) so I got one of each. Not sure if my taste buds have changed or if the orange even tastes like I fondly remember but I wasn't a fan of the strawberry at all but the pineapple was pretty good. There were quite a few people working the day I was there but instead of utilizing both order windows most of the employees just focused on the group currently at the 1 open window which could result in lost revenue because people pulled off when they saw the long line (even though most of the people...

Got here at 9:30, Open sign was off. Other lights were off and it appeared closed even though the website said they were open till 10. We saw others with Ice cream so went up and got into a conversation with another customer. This is when one of the employees opened the window and rudely said “Can i help you?”. We finished our conversation early and I ordered while the young girl stood on the other side of the window with her arms crossed obviously not happy we were there. The other customer we were speaking to left and didn’t get anything presumably because of the rude service. Then when we were finished paying she took the payment ipad and slammed it back on the counter inside and said “Okay that’s it we are for real closed now” and slammed the window shut. After coming all the way from New York my family was so excited to bring me for here. As I was watching the girl Lea( or at least that's what they told me the girl's name was she was supposedly the supervisor) I noticed that she was putting hard ice cream but I wanted soft which was my fault because I never stated that. I politely asked if I can have soft serve instead the attitude lady gave me was beyond acceptable she had to be the rudest nastiest person I have ever encountered in the food industry.
