The worst service, food, and customer service I have ever experienced. The food took forever to come out, we were starving. They were making food for workers instead and they were eating as serving the guests. When we finally got our food it was terrible and when I told the waitress she mocked me and went to the manager and other workers and broadcasted to the whole restaurant how I was making it up and I just didn't like it. Then started saying "I'm not going to refund it and it's your problem and you can go talk to her." A young male manager came and apologized and I explained how that was very unprofessional and she started laughing the whole time in front of me. He saw and all he could say is I'm going to talk to her after you leave and that he was truly sorry. I was so upset I gave him the tip and lost all appetite. Left very upset and she was still passing by laughing and taking about it to the other workers as the manager kept telling her to stop. Save your self the trip and go somewhere else. The one star given was for the young male manager that apologized so many times as the waiter still proceeded to laugh.
Update on my review: The owner just replied on this honest review of my experience (including other witnesses that were with me.) Instead of fixing what had actually happened^ which I stated above, they completely showed themselves to be unprofessional and lie/deny what happened, sadly as an owner. I'm sorry if this looks bad for your business. This is honestly my first review I have ever gave in my life and I'm the type to not say anything because I was once a server and I understand things happen. My parents both owned two restaurants and I have seen people go out of their way to hurt business/people over the smallest things/even nothing sometimes. This is not my intent or what I am doing. We the people go on this service to hear honest experiences and reviews. If you truly work your hardest to make sure your customers are happy then even your reply wouldn't even sound like this. Even if I was lying humor me, apologize and ask "how can we make it better." Customer service is key even if the food was made poorly. Read moreIt's a cute little hole in the wall restaurant. We went during the Oceans Calling '23 festival, so they probably had more customers than they were used to. We chose to go here cause it was close and my boyfriend wanted breakfast and they advertised all day breakfast. One of the young waitresses seated us and then proceeded to ignore us for about 20 minutes or so. Others walked in and were seated and able to order before us? Otherwise, the 2 waitresses stood at the counter and chatted. When one of them eventually came over, she spoke with a thick accent and very fast, so we couldn't understand her. She also told us they were no longer serving breakfast? It was like 1:30, and everyone around us had just received 90% of their orders as breakfast items? But okay. Tried to order, but it also seemed that she could not understand what we were saying either. Like she didn't know their menu? Tried ordering Barq's "rootbeer" and had to repeat it 4 times before she finally told us they didn't have any left. Ordered our two different burgers with the toppings they have listed - no changes. It came out a little bit later, and I had all the toppings from my boyfriends burger on mine in addition to the toppings it was supposed to have already. Boyfriend had the toppings, too? So again, I'm not really sure, but it just kinda seemed like the staff was unsure of their own menu. Had ordered fries with our food, and they didn't bring mine out. The waitress then took my entire plate away to wait until fries were ready? Once we finally ate the burger, the patty was bland, but the toppings helped taste good. The fries had no flavor or salt. Ketchup bottles were basically all empty. Read moreI went to Sharky’s on 5/21/22 about 10 o’clock AM. My 6 other friends and I were seated immediately. The place isn’t very big, so we were seated at 2 separate tables. No big deal. The waiter came to take our drink orders and told us he had to bill us as 2 whole tables because it’s “too hard” to split a check between 7 people. It took us 20 minutes to get our water and apple juice. The place was not busy at all. In fact, it was so dead, all of the servers were standing around for a good while. It took us 60 minutes after that to get our food. It took so long to get the food, another server came up to us asking if we had already been helped. When our food came (at both tables) one plate was extremely dirty, one plate the food was burnt, my plate didn’t even have all the food on it and when I asked for the rest of it the server said, “I guess if you want it”. Their AC didn’t work. Overall just a terrible experience. When we complained, they didn’t even say sorry. They just looked at us and asked for payment....
