VK Noodle House — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

I see a few reviews complaining about the price/quantity of food. Those people must want everything for a dollar because every time I’ve been here over the last 3 years, I’ve been served HUGE portions and the price hasn’t changed. $50 for 2 drinks, 2 orders of pho with shrimp and beef, an order of Vietnamese spring rolls and an order of Vietnamese curry. All of which was way too much for just 2 people and we took it home and ate the next day. You’ll never get this quality and quantity of food ANYWHERE at a better price so stop crying. Best pho I’ve ever had. This place tops any other seriously. The smell of the broth soothes your inner child and brings a feeling of peacefulness within. I swear this pho heals you. But the pho isn’t the only great dish served here. The curry is equally good. The flavors of the meat take over your taste buds and linger on your palate like the kiss of a lover who’s left out to sea. I’ve tried other places and none compare. I’m giving 2 stars because the Staff was friendly and welcoming. I also ordered takeout, so take that as you will. I got the Chicken Pho & Spring Rolls (but received Summer Rolls instead unfortunately). The Chicken in the Pho tasted very bland and overcooked, just didn’t taste like any other Pho I’ve had before. I’m not a seafood person so I didn’t eat the Summer Rolls I got by mistake. There was a lot of it with the Chicken Pho, but the taste of the Chicken was just so off I couldn’t enjoy it. The broth was a little too dark for the normal Pho I’ve had before but I don’t know if that’s their way or not. The food is amazing! I visit here once a week but the customer service is garbage. They hired a new YOUNG girl that I have never seen before and I wish I never did. Her attitude was nasty and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when taking my order bc I asked to order my food before one of my other guest arrived. I requested to speak with the manager. She stood behind her manager rolling her eyes the entire time. I love the food but I’ll never come back . Get rid of the spoiled brat!
