Dynasty Buffet — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

I am only giving this place a 1 because there isn’t a zero. I’m not sure which was worse, the customer service or the food. We have been coming here for several years, and it has gotten worse over the last few months. Today it was exceptionally bad. The server brought the manager over to the table and we told her our concerns. She did not acknowledge the concerns at all and walked away. One person in our party did not eat her food at all. She was the last person to pay, and I expected her the cashier/manager to offer some compensation or apology, but nothing happened. I explained to the lady that she didn’t eat anything, and we asked for the owner. She said he is out of town. She also told us that we were the only people to complain, she didn’t owe us an apology, and all we want is free food. Now three of us ate our food and had already paid, but she hadn’t eaten anything! We eat here at least three times a week, usually at least 4 of us and always top well and pay our bill. We have never asked for anything for free. Worst customer service ever! I just decided her attitude was worse than the food, and that is saying a lot! Never again, not...

Went to this place today, ordered sweet and sour chicken and beef with broccoli. Waited and watched the woman at front counter flirt with other customers and when my food was ready she handed it.over. Upon getting home, near OS high school I look into the bag to discover that they never gave me the sweet and sour sauce. When I called I got the same female that took the order who once I said the order she remembered me. When I mentioned there was no sweet and sour sauce she began to laugh and said you want to come back. When I told her no, she just continued to laugh and I ended the call. This place delivers, but I received no apology or offer to have the sauce delivered, just the laughing girl who could care less. I hope everyone who reads this , heeds the warning as they don't care about customers, it's all a joke to them.

My first review for Dynasty was 3yrs ago (pre-pandemic) for their dine-in buffet, it was 4 stars back then. Since the pandemic started, we have not dined in but continued ordering takeout from them regularly, so my current review is mainly for their takeout. The food is always great, it usually takes 10-15 minutes for them to cook it up, and the serving sizes are decent. If you live close enough, they do have delivery available, which I make use of when my health is preventing me from picking it up myself. I was able to pay for the deliveries via card thanks to their chip-reader, which is even more convenient because we often don't have cash on-hand. We've tried all the other Chinese restaurants available around us thru the past three years we've been living in Ocean Springs, and this restaurant is the best for our personal taste, how friendly they are, and...
