No place to try on a costume. All sales final till Oct24th. However extends the rules till Oct 29th telling a select few because was not known by all, I did not know and would have been back the same day to exchange. A costume size too small, wrong size costume perhaps in a wrong labeled holder, being so many opened costumes. Store mgr says "I don't even know if we have another size". And if we did I still would not let you exchange it (ha ha policy) that's why she must have said that. I am sure it made her feel like the BOSS she is. Even asking for a Mgr. the clerk was like ugh there not going to exchange it, (like I am wasting her time asking),but I will let her know you want an exchange. Mgr gives the Good ole saying " if we do it for you then we have to do it for EVERYONE, DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE LIKE SO many before you ." We'll if everyone is asking for a refund or exchange that might tell you something. No refund I understand, exchange is something totally different from a refund especially a sizing issue. No way to verify the correct size. Most all costumes are opened already, so buy at your own risk. Dont try nothing on your heads because lice issues just a reminder for buyers.. A 24hr Exchange up till close on the 30th is a common practice. Still love the "IF WE DO IT FOR YOU THEN WE HAVE TO DO IT FOR EVERYONE."She made it sound like SO MANY SO SO MANY having return or exchange issues. That alone speaks for itself. Her quote "Rules are meant to be broken" but not for me I guess. Why tell me all the clichés. Best case scenario. If they have a larger size like she stated exchange it, and if not then don't say things like that. Understand with many costumes opened and back on racks really should make exceptions. And if you have to do it for everyone then do it, make everyone happy, or even the few. I am obviously in the few who needed a size exchange, you could have but chose not to. Just left the costume on the counter, now she has a size she can GIVE to someone who may need a size down. Or just resell it which is the route this mgr would take all day every day. She talks nice but doesn't realize she speaks as if she is be-litteling and above everyone...

I had found the cutest costume for my son, I started to walk up to the register not knowing where to go, I just followed the family that was walking up there. It was only my son and I and the family before me. They checked out and i walked up to the counter and put my item down and as I put my item down another person walks up from the opposite side. The cashier completely ignores me and he asks the people that came up after me if he could help them, I looked at him and said "I was here first, my item is already on the counter and I have been waiting 5 minutes for my turn and you also just let the people that were in front of me come this way and you checked them out no problem." He looked at me and said "Line starts that way, so they get helped first, you will have to go in the back of the line." Read moreIt's around that time of year again, so I went to check out some costumes for Halloween and here is what I found. Some new stuff but most of it was the same like last time, u know regular costumes like witches, doctors, etc but what surprise me was they had more stuff from the movie trick or treat which is a b rated movie I believe but pretty good awesome movie. More stuff like Sam's outfit accessories and even his masks so awesome I just wish there were more anime stuff but most stores don't carry much on it, unless it Naruto, dragon ball z, or bleach.
