Worst customer experience ever at this store. I spent ~$40 on a return envelope & shipping label to send to my mortgage company so an insurance claim check could be returned to me for roof repairs, & gave very clear instructions to the clerk checking me out that my mortgage company said my name & address had to be listed as both the sender & receiver. She said no problem but when the check wasnât returned I found out from my mortgage company that the return label instead listed the UPS store address as the sender address so they couldnât use it. This caused a month+ delay in the needed roof repairs. My mortgage company sent the envelope & label back to me for proof & when I brought it to the OS UPS store today to try to get a refund, the manager was very rude & told me they couldnât list my address as the sender address & that it could only be the UPS store address. When I told her the clerk didn't at all say that & should have before I wasted $40, she looked at me very clearly like she didnât care & said the clerk wouldnât have known that & insisted a refund wasnât possible. I left very frustrated (& was told in a very catty tone on my way out to âHave a nice day!â), went to another store, & got a refund no problem & with no attitude. When I told the other store what happened at this store, they said they often get complaints about this storeâs customer service. I would avoid it & use any other UPS location.

Also, I visited this store one other time before getting the return envelope and label back from my mortgage company and the same manager printed a shipping receipt from the transaction showing my name and address as both the sender and receiver. This was given to me as proof that the return label was correct and at no point during that visit did she mention it wasn't possible for the actual label to also list my name and address as the sender. Only when I returned with proof that the label listed the UPS store address instead of mine did it become impossible, as well as a refund. It very much seemed like the manager just didn't want to acknowledge the mistake (or the insufficient training of staff that lead to it) and that unfulfilled services (through no fault of the customer) warrant a refund. Then she asked if I was returning something and yes I was. She said well what does your label say because if it doesnât say packaged then she would have to undo the tape anyways. Definitely do not want to make her do more then what she has to. I had two different returns. First one scanned label from phone. Second, required to be printed and I asked if that is something they can do. She said yeah for $7. I needed to send it by today so asked what the email was and again she points at a wall across the room. Let me also say there was no other customer there so no not busy but anything this girl is going to be asked in any customer service aspect would be a bother and inconvenience to her. Alexandria if that is even her correct name because when I asked what her name was she asked why and I said because I asked and after a pause contemplating even going to answer the question. While I was finishing up, a man was trying to come in and the door was loved. Then I realized it was closing time which I can understand ready to go part but and apologize coming so close to closing time but I am still a customer. However, the other worker next to the lady handling my stuff decides to yell that they were closed to the man that was out the door. Startled me, and was not needed. The door was locked and could have walked o er to the door if told the man instead of yelling. So forgive me for keeping them 5 minutes after closing time.    Read moreI am giving this store a 1 star because of the lack of professionalism. They lost a package that we were expecting that was valuable. When we retained proof from usps that it was delivered to them they said we are a ups store not usps. I laughed and said it doesn't matter who's service was used to ship it. it was shipped to our box at your store. I went to the store twice and explained to them I had the delivery confirmation and showed them the mapping from usps showing it was delivered to them on a specific date and that it must have been placed in someone else's p.o. Box they said they would not have done that with it having our name on it. They would not accept our proof from usps and said it wasnt good enough to prove it was shipped there. Are you kidding me ? However the next week they call saying they have the box. I asked how they found it and she (the owner Gloria) said another po box owner had called saying they received it incorrectly. She NEVER said I'm so sorry you were right, I apologize, nothing. when we picked up the box she had a smirk on her face and handed us the box and didn't say anything about it. not a word about the mistake or an apology This was a $700 item and she was not willing to take responsibility for that was her companies mistake. Either way she could have been more helpful to try to locate the box. I have decided not to use this store anymore and this was not our first mishap. The last one cost us a ton of money also.
