McDonald's — Restaurant in Oceanside

Honestly, they have good employees. They treat everyone kind, including the homeless. Don't worry, you posh McDonald's crowd (Pres. Trump is a big fan), there aren't "bums" everywhere, and you too are welcome. They offer free Wifi, which is very appreciated. Even if you want to eat in your car. They have a good, strong signal They can get busy for the 3 meal times, but the line moves quick. Thanks again McDonald's and the employees! Who most likeky work harder than most off us. And they deserve more money. SoCal is expensive to rent. Lets raise the minimum wage. Fact: In 1978 America, a person could pay their way through college on a mininum wage salary. And people don't like the idea of free college for all in the U.S. Education (knowledge) = more money, and smarter people. Something America needs desperately if we really want to be great again. Vote Democrat, support learning, and make your dreams come true. And the only fake news and outragious lies, come from Trump, and people like him. Selfish to the end, with money their only real friend. Please vote correctly in 2020. After WWII our brave soldiers rode through the streets if Europe getting hugs, kisses, and praised for their help. Now many in the E.U. look at us as fools! Just look who we promoted to Boss. What does that say about us? Let's change that. As a McDonald's employee, would you recommend promoting the worst employee you've ever seen, to be your boss? I don't think so; but America made it happen. Didn't think it was possible. I didn't think as a whole, we were that dumb. I guess I was wrong. - By the way, I loved the Large Mocha Frapachino I got. Aside from the fact that the food was still Hot once we finally got our correct order, Otherwise severely dissatisfied with the quality of service delivered by the staffI understand that Each state and Every business With in them have their own response to and policies and procedures surrounding business operation during this pandemic but we were visiting from out of state and trying to dine in there were absolutely no signs posting in any window or door the doors were locked with me were finally able to get someone to come to the door they rudely told us "to look at the sign, it says it right there." We proceeded to utilize their drive thru. Where we were rushed through our ordering process at the payment window communication that was unclear and once we received our order and began to pull away after Checking our bag we found our order and correct so We park and I go to the door knocking on it all the my bag of food of the manager then proceeds to Open the door with an attitude what do these people want politely informed him out order this was not our order and he insisted it must have been rang up wrong and stopped as if that explanation Fixed the problem I mean explained what was done wrong 3 different Times each time he did not Listen and he treated us as though we were trying to pull one over on him Eventually he fix the order or so we thought once we're left we're still found food missing. Definitely a bad start to our morning and a poor display of the company's customer...

Took over 15 minutes for a breakfast burrito and bagel beyond ridiculous not worth coming to honestly service is just bad plain and simple

REVIEW PART TWO UPDATE

This second time I came in for a mobile pickup from my boss his order was nearly 10 minutes past due another negative is not just McDonald’s but the city of Oceanside is apparently forcing everyone to pay 10cents for a to go bag which of course isn’t expensive but extremely idiotic and anyone who really knows it’s a complete cop out way of pretending to do something environmentally friendly not only that but there is not a clear direct indication of it being 10 cents on the site and once I asked for a bag the lady working gave me a bag which was nice however why wasn’t nice was the insane passive aggressive attitude I was giving when she nonchalantly pointed in some general distance to a none existent sign or wording about this new policy and proceeding to give me one of the most condescending smiles and fake nice tones I’ve ever witnessed. Every single time I come to this place I will proceed to give updates about whatever experience I have and this was beyond terrible last thing I’m going to say and this is directly to all the employees please do not act like this new policy is common knowledge and don’t act like you expect everyone to simply get with the program this will cause you all...
