Subway — Restaurant in Oceanside

This place is just fine when you need lunch. And they REALLY ARE happy to be making you a fine submarine sandwich! I've always had a pleasant and a positive experience with Subway. I ordered the Titan Turkey on Italian cheese bread and made it a foot long size submarine sandwich! Had them carefully place everything in it that I enjoy and viola! Just bring a twenty dollar bill in there with you. Also, if you experienced an episode of contingency here, Jesus would have you to know, that there are worse things in the world. Just, try to forgive them for placing soggy vegetables on your sandwich and then just, try to forgive them for no coupons accepted here at this particular Subway Sandwiches location. Mkay, go to one of the three remaining Carlsbad store locations but don't head on over to the old store location on Carlsbad Village Drive because it disappeared...

I went to get a sandwich on Sunday rushed because they close at 9. I got there at 10 minutes to 9 and the doors were closed with 2 employees inside. But they would not open the door?? I eat at subway twice a week and this place or I should say employees are very very rude. So I was upset because I came from Vista and they were closed but not suppose to be closed!! Anyways I was in the car trying to locate another subway and they all closed at 9 and I would not make it on time. So I was still on the phone in front of the store and the employee with long hair and not in a hair net was gawking me. So I flipped him off. He then writes a note and tapes it to the wall I took a picture of it and I am trying to get a hold of owner or manager but no one will answer the phone. ...

This location does not accept coupons even though the website says it is a participating location. They will accept your online order and cancel it as your parking at the location. Huge waste of time. Also, on two other occasions they have messed up my online order (forgetting to add avocado and forgetting the chips). That normally wouldn’t be too bad, but they refused to give me a refund on the forgotten items and instead I was told that next time I came in, I would be given free chips and avocado. Lo and behold, the next time I went in, they were difficult about honoring that promise even though I had the email from subway that stated these terms. Terrible customer service and...
