Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ocoee

This is one of the BEST DOMINO'S I've had the pleasure of using throughout the year's. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and polite, they never give a hard time if something is not right with your order, they do not hesitate to help you apply the most up to date discounts and the facility is always clean. I love their app! It's quick and easy and I love the tracker!! I love them so much that I used them to cater my daughter's 5th birthday some months ago; however, I was not thrilled that several of the pizzas were burnt (I ordered around 17 pizzas) I couldn't do anything about it in the moment because it was delivered at the time my guests were ready to eat. A few days later I reached out to the manager to let him know and he did not hesitate to extend his concern. I appreciated his sincere and whole hearted apology and readiness to make it up to us. Also, I placed a late order around closing time a while back and instead of turning me down, the girl told me to just give them a call when I get to the door. Not a lot of places have staff who can make their customer's feel like they're #1; but somehow, these guys manage to exceed expectations. This is a 2 part response to the public, plus the closing point of this message at the bottom. Part #1. To the people who give 5-star ratings. Good job. These employees likely deserve it! Part #2. To the people who give less ratings. You decide to order food. I saw a rating here about how one of you complained of spending your last $20. I'm sure you have enough common sense to go to a grocery store. This is not the store's fault that you spent your last $20 on fast food. Why didn't Mom, or Dad teach you the value of shopping, and paying bills? Not only did you screw yourself, you screwed over an innocent delivery driver trying to salvage his/her daily pay. It's really a disgusting review on your part to blame your troubles on someone else. I saw another one here where you were complaining about another person, other than yourself being mocked. I'm sure the list continues. The closing point is none of these employees asked you to get out of bed, or work, have some stupid, entitled attitude, and go house hopping, and shopping, spending money until you cannot take care of yourselves. Note a key point here being the contactless delivery may have interfered, yet my home address is my home adress and in the specific instructions it said "leave on chair ring doorbell, wait for door to open at least to leave" Initially I gave 1 star as my driver delivered the pizza to a neighbors house and I was told next order is free as I went hungry that night, so not the most prompt costomer service response but fair enough, so I took them up and within a week ordered again and indeed they fulfilled the free order that was basically the same value, yet once again didn't follow the specific instructions, it wasn't till the third time the driver got it and I was able to wave to them as they drove off. So possibly better attention and coordination with the specific instructions between all crew. Otherwise no complaints food is hot and well made, everyone is courteous, ordering is the easiest...
