Calling a pizza place should be something worth getting excited over, after all pizza is most of Americans favorite food. I understand nowadays technology has taken over with apps but sometimes you have to make a phone call to the store for some reason. My reason for calling the store located at 10959 W Colonial Dr Ocoee Fl this last time was to find out what the delivery time was, after all one would think that with so much technology you would implement delivery times to your app but hey I don’t mind calling. This location has given me the worst over the phone customer service. I was once on hold for over 10 minutes because I had entered the wrong delivery address and needed to change it. I’ve called about 3 times now for various reasons and it seems that no one there has the urgency or care to answer the phone constantly being on hold for over 5 minutes. I expect better from a company as respectable as this, I understand it’s a franchise but this location just like all others contribute to your reputation as a brand. I’ve had lousy employees help me over the phone. Pizza night hasn’t been enjoyable the many times I’ve ordered from this location and it’s the only one around. I love your pizza but it seems that you might be losing a customer if this continues. Picking up isn’t always an option. And it sucks because pizza is supposed to make ones night better, I mean, who doesn’t love pizza? But unfortunately this location has ruined various pizza nights for me and my family. Read moreI ordered an online pizza for pickup with a 25-minute wait time, and when I arrived at the store, I spoke with a pregnant lady named "Angel," who informed me that they would have to remake my pizza without explaining why. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the remade pizza. When I got home, I discovered she had given me a burnt pizza, which I could barely eat. I immediately called the store to inform them. She later had me speak with a manager in order to credit my next order; today, I contacted the store to place my next order, and "Angel" informed me that it was another Manager from another store who said he would credit me, and she then provided me with the other store Manager. When I called the other store, the unidentified Manager stated that he couldn't credit me because I had never purchased the pizza from his location. It's crazy how they will take money from people while serving burnt and stale pizza with poor customer service.
In the beginning of our conversation, I advised “Angel” that I still have the pizza and could show proof that I paid for it, but she still refused to assist me.

Read moreI had ordered on the app. Said it would take 35-45 mins to prep and deliver. I did order on Saturday night and forgot how busy it can get. The order was delayed, so I call the store to check on the status. I could tell the girl who answered was overwhelmed between phone calls, orders, and people. It was a high demand night and I’m sure the staff was getting bashed with rude customers. I could hear the phones non stop in the background. She offered to have my pizza half off if I were to pick it up instead of delivered. I thought it was a great deal! So I took it! When I got to the store, they honored the price and I was able to witness the craziness. I was thankful for workers who were clearly understaffed and had had a rough night with such high demands and customers yelling at them all night. People… remember that when you order on high demand nights, you cannot expect a speedy, super personable experience.
