Went to buy ice cream with my whole family 9 of us went we didnāt get to video tape the incident but my aunt went to the the lady that worked there to ask them to make a new ice cream because there was a long hair in the ice cream and she rudely said that it was my aunts hair but my aunt was no where near my dads ice cream (note: we told them before this even happend that she was lactose intolerant and asked if they had any) and then the lady said that it wasnāt her hair in a rude tone and proceeded to shut the window on my mom and make the new ice cream (she also made the ice cream smaller then the previous) and my aunt addressed that and she got an attitude once again and said that this was the only amount she was going to give us because we were already eating it and ALSO she then told my aunt that she had to throw away the ice cream herself with an attitude once again because she didnāt want to. She then told us to leave and we didnāt leave right away because we have the right to address what she was doing wrong and then she began to yell and slammed open the door and got into my aunts face, then threatens to call the police. And we are nice people but we felt threatened by her. (We didnāt get the ladies name but sheās usually at the front) We also saw COUNTLESS reviews that the staff are and I quote āshort temperedā and ārudeā. This just happend 30 minutes ago.
