Loved all the history! It isn't very big so when there's a lot of people it gets really hot and stuffy. We left and went back when it wasn't as crowded. They have a gift store so bring your wallet even though it's free to get in. Didn't take a lot of pictures Even though I wanted to. The information on Blackbeard was interesting. Small museum and gift shop located across from the ferry terminal. Lots of historical artifacts and information about the island.
