By Texas donut standards, these donuts are sub-par. By national donut standards, they're average. Not terrible but nothing special either. Better than your Dunkin Donuts or store bought donuts and less impressive than your usual Texas donut shop. Not sure why but Texas makes the best donuts anywhere and most decent size towns here have at least one hole in the wall donut shop that has flakes of heaven behind their counter glass. This ain't it and I haven't found one yet in Odessa. Not sure why the bad reviews on customer service because it was excellent...

consistent the store is always clean the staff are always kind and professional I've never seen stock on the floor in front of the cooler . I've never seen trash or wrappers on the floor no matter if its 4 in the morning or 10 in the morning this place is on point. friendly courteous staff the guy and the girl they...

If I could do, zero stars, I would!! I never complain about a business, but every time I go there the lady at the window is so rude and always says she’s out of donuts🤦🏼‍♀️ Like, if you don’t want that job, don’t work it.. I don’t understand why they don’t want to...
